Always love visiting this place! Great set of lads that can’t do enough for you! Unmatched industry knowledge and equipment is great. Very poor customer service, dishonest dispatch and delivery times.
Website states 3-day delivery, but my order has now taken 13 days and I still don’t have my equipment.
I ordered on the 1st and heard absolutely nothing until the 7th — and only because I contacted the delivery company myself through a request. Communication from the retailer has been completely nonexistent throughout.
To make things worse, the only delivery option I’ve been given is for the following week, meaning I’ve had to take time off work for nothing.
Very disappointing service and extremely misleading delivery expectations. I would not order again based on this experience.
