My abs stimulator lasted 2 months
Requested refund and was advised I would only get 25% return unless I mail it back to get 50% return
This mail back would cost me that 50%
Of my expected refund
Still out of pocket for a product broken after 8 weeks
Not except able
Do not purchase from them

FIRST OF ALL, I PAID AND THEY SAY THEY SENT THE ITEM, BUT I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED IT.
I HAVE WRITTEN THE COMPANY MANY TIMES, MOST EMAILS HAVE GONE UNANSWERED, THE FEW THEY DID ANSWER THEY SAID THEY SENT IT NOT THEIR PROBLEM. THEN OTHER TIME THEY ANSWERED, THEY SAID TO CONTACT THE SHIPPING COMPANY. I WROTE BACK TO ASK WHAT SHIPPING COMPANY THEY USED AND NOT ONE REPLY BACK.
SO AS I CAN SEE IT, THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM, DON'T DEAL WITH THEM, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I’ve tried a couple of similar products before but this one honestly stands out. I work from home most days, so I like that I can use the ImpulseX while working without it getting in the way. It’s really easy to set up and doesn’t feel complicated at all. I usually use it during downtime or while at my desk, and it helps with muscle tension and soreness, especially after long hours sitting. It’s been easy to fit into my routine, which I appreciate. Overall, really happy with it and would recommend!

Skeptical at first, not going to lie! But it does exactly what is say it does. Set it up in a minute, no complicated instructions. Just put it on and get on with whatever your doing!

Ordered the product. Swift delivery. I had some questions after I received it. The customer service was also a pleasant experience. The product has been a good experience so far

The EMS concept for ab training made perfect sense, but it was priced a bit out of my range. Putting the device on a "1/2 price friday sale" was all I needed to make decision. I'm glad I did. It arrived 3 days ago and I've used it each day. The quality could not be better. I'm looking forward to its continued use.

No Refund Policy???
In the add it clearly states that you can try this product for free and return it if you don't like it. The product is very cheaply made; I should have known. When trying to control the EMS device, it does not work well at all. It does not respond to turning on and off, basically. When I was able to get it working it hurts your skin it shocks you badly. I asked for a refund, they are telling me I have to pay to send it to the Netherlands, which costs more than the product! I am starting to learn now this products on SHOP, TIK-TOK, FB, are all very cheap and are there to collect money. I have fallen for too many of this and its a drag when you waste money on this stuff. Please don't waste your money on this product; its cheap and does not work.

This company is a complete FRAUD. They say that the product was shipped by GOFO but the shipper is a fake shipping companty that keeps saying they don't have the package and yet FitSupply gives you fake tracking. Don't give them your money. You will get screwed.

Received within an acceptable time frame. Had a problem with the belt at first, didn't seem to be working, emailed customer services and they responded within 24 hours, turns out the problem was with me not the belt, has been working fine since then. I am more than happy with my purchase.

From day 1 they let me no when the shipment was ordered, received and then dispatched, all the way through to myself receiving the product. The product it self certainly working for me especially my biceps, my daughter has ordered the same product.

This is exactly what they said it was, I can feel the burn.

I ordered a set of ab stimulators and unfortunately one arrived defective. I contacted customer support and they handled it immediately by sending a replacement. Everything is working perfectly now and I’m already seeing results. Very happy with both the product and the customer service.

I received my EMS Toning Belt after longer-than-expected delivery, but the belt appears defective. Even at the highest level, it only produces a faint tapping sensation, unlike the arm bands which work properly and show clear EMS contractions with level changes.
Contacted customer service over 3 days ago with no reply not impressed. What a waste of money.
