My passion is health and fitness! I have 30 plus years of experience as a fitness instructor , trainer, health and nutrition coach. I take a no nonsense, highly specific approach to your training and wellness goals, looking at your life, your preferences and your goals. I also specialize in women’s health and I take a deep dive with my clients into all the big non negotiables- sleep, stress management, nutrition, mindset, movement and exercise. I work with my clients to put together a plan, I listen and we brainstorm. I teach group classes in person , online and offer online personal training to work specifically on your health and fitness goals. A wellness shift in your life is something to be celebrated, it’s positive, it's gradual, and small changes net huge results!

I workout with Chris 3 times a week and would do 7 days if I could. She has a passion for fitness and healthy living that comes through in each class she teaches. She is energetic and motivating - striking a beautiful balance of making fitness both fun and challenging. I love the mix of cardio, strength and core focused workouts. Her use of compound exercises make for efficient workouts and she always offers meaningful modifications too. She is motivating by her words and example - it’s inspiring to see her giving 100% alongside of us during a workout. Her cues are clear and demonstrations are helpful which allow you to focus on good form and the muscle group you are targeting. The workout music is varied and keeps the vibe positive. I feel stronger and happier after her workouts and I am confident that anyone else would feel the same way too!

Christina is a talented trainer. She tailors our sessions to MY needs, not her whims. She's upbeat and inspiring, and always keeps things moving. I love her whole body approach. And did I forget to mention - she makes exercising genuinely FUN!

I've been training with Chris in both large and small group settings for almost 10 years now, and the experience has been excellent. She strikes a great balance between pushing us to improve and keeping the sessions fun and motivating. Every workout is well-structured, and she makes sure to tailor movements to different fitness levels. I’ve seen real progress and always look forward to my next session with her. Highly recommend!

I’ve taken Chris’s classes in-person and virtually 3 days a week for over 8 years.
Every class feels fresh! From high energy circuit and HIIT sessions to strength training, mobility work and restorative stretching and cooldowns, each workout is thoughtfully planned. Chris mixes formats and intensities so you never fall into a rut. You’re always challenged in new ways and never bored. She also gives excellent demonstrations with modifications for different ability levels or limitations, or whether you’re a beginner or advanced with an emphasis on proper technique.
Her content also covers other holistic wellness topics such as nutrition with healthy recipes, hydration, stress management and other lifestyle factors that affect performance and recovery. She offers many helpful and actionable tips!
I highly recommend this site for anyone serious about getting fitter, healthier and more confident!

Christina (Chris) offers a wide variety of fitness classes and programs and all of them are great. I have taken Chris’ classes for many years so I know what I’m talking about. She is so knowledgeable and uses her years of experience in the fitness industry to create classes using a diverse selection of exercises. The result? You never get bored and your muscles don’t plateau…. Always getting stronger! Thank you Chris!
