Our company has been working with Gaz and his team for some time and can say that he is a most reliable, trustworthy tradesman who’s work is of exceptionally high standards. May our relationship continue as we rely on good standards
Since my last post, we have had to get solicitors involved to get outdoor back from Gaspare which was still not put right, so although we do have the door back, he still tried to steal it and only returned it after a solicitors contacted him. He even had the Audacity to ask that I remove my last post.
I will not remove this post as it stands True. he did try to steal the door and only gave it back once our solicitors got involved
So once again, I highly recommend, you do not use this company. He is extremely untrustworthy slow and argumentative.
It’s a shame that I cannot take a picture and show what he has done to the door

Thank you for your review, however unfortunately it is neither accurate, nor acceptable to tarnish people’s good work. People of good nature who try to help you find a solution free of charge should be applauded. As you are aware, your review carries no weight as you are not the homeowner of the house that you claim is yours. The work that was carried out is to a high standard and, as you are aware, done on a ‘price’ format, not a ‘day rate’ therefore taking extra time we of no relevance to anything. We are very fortunate to have a busy diary and work hard to maintain this. Your solicitor was in agreement with the outstanding balance and therefore paid it to us immediately. As you are also aware, you have wasted a lot of time and with no real outcome or benefit to you. You now have a door that hasn’t had the free of charge work that we offered as a kind gesture but instead paid the total amount outstanding and have fallen out with another business. We can only recommend that you use your time more productively as being a keyboard warrior isn’t the greatest use of time.
Regarding your completely false claims of rudeness and untrustworthiness, we would also recommend that this is removed as false allegations and defamation of character could also end up with litigation. The fact you believe someone would want to ‘steal’ a second hand damaged door is laughable as they are worthless, both financially and morally.
If you feel that you wish to communicate in the future, please do so via your solicitor and not on a public forum
