Item received was not what was ordered. Also, item received was damaged. I contacted customer service for a replacement. They responded saying they would send me another plaque. This was six weeks ago. They have not responded to my emails and I have yet to receive a replacement. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS.

I ordered an item from this company that was advertised as a plaque. They provide an image upon ordering the shows you what the item will look like when finished. The image portrays a 3D figurine, with the personalization added to it. Basically what I believed I was ordering and what they showed me an image of was a 4" high 3 dimensional figurine, what I received was a piece of clear plastic (acrylic) measuring less than 3.7" high with the same image printed on the back. Essentially not a 3D figurine as advertised but a picture of a 3D figurine. $42, complete scam.

I wouldn’t even give it one star if I could. I ordered a statue of spider man and my grandson for his birthday. I knew he would love it. After a long wait I received the product a picture inside plexiglass. Not the statue were it look like two figurines. It’s a piece of junk that you would maybe pay 5.00 for not 40.00 my grandson is going to be three, this is not going to be anything he’ll be excited about. I really want a refund so I can buy him something he can play with.🤬

This company scams you. They literally print an image of the item you ordered on a shirt.

I ordered a decanter and the first time I filled it, it exploded. I contacted the company that day and got a generic response about delayed response time. I emailed every week for a month and left two voicemails on the customer service line and still have gotten no response.

Products received are not what's shown online. Terrible return policy as well. Tumblers come in with scratches. Do not waste your money!!

This company sent me the wrong item at Christmas… I have sent multiple emails to them about the mistake and they will not respond. Do not trust this company. Thieves

Fiveprint is ONLY getting a ONE because ZERO is not an Option! Both of my children just joined the US Air Force and I purchased two Proud to Serve Christmas stockings for them gifts, which did not arrive by Christmas. The image they advertised was a 3-D stocking that looked similar to a military ruck sack. They were canvas with military buckles, a side pouch with zippers, Velcro patches that were embroiders with their last names and AF logo. What I got was a screen-printed image on a cheap thin white stocking that probably cost $2.00 each, that I paid $30.00 each for. When I attempted to dispute was advised they had a disclaimer in the description stating the stocking was flat screened and would appear to be 3-D, even though that is NOT what they showed in the image. Additionally, I received no shipping updates at all until they delivered! Conveniently you cannot leave a review on their website either. If they receive any good reviews, they are more than likely generated by them.

The product is not at all what it appears/is advertised online! Stocking ordered is just an image printed onto a very cheaply made white stocking. No shipping updates at all, and waited a while for the product, just to be highly disappointed when it arrived. This was a gift for somebody and I’m honestly embarrassed enough to not even give it to him.

The item I received had fabric that was not completely dyed maroon and had whites splotches throughout the garment. I sent photos of the damaged product and all the company would do is offer me a $10 discount. I do not recommend you purchase from this company.

Excellent quality decanter. Took a little longer than expected to arrive, but worth the wait. This will make a fine gift.

I ordered a Stanley tumbler and hear to find out they are knock offs as soon as I tried to use it the lid won't thread on i would stay away from this company very cheap made stuff and I'm going to contact the Stanley company and let them know also,buyer beware

I ordered a keychain. Mickey and Minnie Mouse, personalized. It was supposed to be 2 sided, it’s not.
It was supposed to be personalized. It is but you cannot read the names on them. The whole thing is real dark, not happy and cheerful like the ad shows. I have requested a refund but the policy sounds like they will not refund. Time will tell but don’t bother using this company. There are much better businesses out there.

This is a scam do not give them any money. You will not get what you purchased and there is no way to contact them. Real person not a bot. Don’t trust the positive reviews.

This company does not even deserve one star! They are impossible to contact and all you get when you do is a chat bot and zero response in the end. I had a package which was properly addressed to my home address delivered wrongly to another place and the pictures provided me by the delivery company clearly showed another neighborhood. I provided the shipper with pictures of the right address and information regarding the fact that their driver dropped the package at the wrong place. I made Fiverprint aware of this by email a week ago and they have yet to provide any resolution or even a response. And, the delivery company (Speed-Ex) has not provided a response either. A Christmas gift for my daughter not going to be under the tree thanks to these two companies, however, I will continue to try to track them down until they make this right!

My order arrived quicker than expected and the shirts were in perfect condition. I will surely order again in future and also recommend this website to everyone.

Ordered a shirt for my granddaughter's birthday. It arrived 3 days ahead of the promised date and looked awesome. I would definitely order from this website again.
