Went out of their way, to rearrange delivery, after DHL made very little effort to get goods delivered.

An excellent quality product with a very informative and helpful website.

One of the ways one can judge the quality of a company is how they perform when things go wrong. In this case both supplier & customer were ill served by DHL who failed to deliver the parcel, insisted that they had, and then when challenged on the veracity of their explanation went silent. Fixabolt - without prompting - resent the consignment at no cost to me. 10 out of 10 for Fixabolt, nil points for DHL

Placing an order was simple and delivery was quick with plenty of updates along the way. One item was missing from the order but a quick email and Fixabolt sorted it, with replacements sent the following day - thank you Keith!
Excellent customer service from start to finish.

No problem with the goods or despatch, however DHL let you down disastrously. Eventually arriving 5 days late.

Dont use DHL to deliver. Absolutely terrible

Normally would give five star rating but after being told delivery was on a certain day and therefore made arrangements to be on site the day after got a e mail from delivery company late on to say wouldn’t be arriving. Had to use screwfix rather than let customer down

I had a slight problem with my order, but it was quickly and efficiently dealt with by Fixabolt who sent out replacement bolts.

I had a list of requirements for a project which Fixabolt managed to fulfil at a better price than many other suppliers online. I made my order and was surprised how swiftly it was responded to, despatched and delivered. Everything requested arrived.
Once the project started it became apparent that many of the items ordered and delivered were no longer required, with additional items required instead.
Fixabolt were simply excellent to deal with. The items not required were returned and replacements delivered again swiftly.
I will definitely be using them for future projects.

Great product and very quick delivery

Great service from Fixabolt but let down by the courier. No communication after the first 24 hour delay. Christmas post I guess but others did not seem to have a problem.
