Overall very satisfied
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I called in to collect my car seats after the first week which was no trouble for staff; they were very accommodating. Cosmetic repair was perfect; excellent job. Good communication initially but then no follow up for a couple of weeks and as I couldn't get a response on the phone number they'd called me on I had to visit to find out what was going on.
The repair seemed to take forever; much longer than when I'd had repairs done privately in the past.
Courtesy car was brand new and adequate for my needs. Overall I was very satisfied; it was just a little slow.

I took my car down a couple of days later so they could evaluate what was needed, and the use of a courtesy car for duration of repair. Hollie was fantastic throughout and very responsive to emails. Courtesy car was lovely and a week later I collected my car which was perfectly repaired and cleaned inside and out. Cannot fault FixAuto and would highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Following an accident I booked my car in for repairs. Everything was exemplary! From collection and return of my car, through updates about the repair, to the help that the office staff provided me with all my queries. Nothing was too much trouble. Car now back and in mint condition - they gave it a deep clean and even hoovered it! Can’t fault anything. Amazing service 😃 Thank you all - especially Hollie xxx

First class service
I was very impressed with the service I got from the staff right the way through from the first day I took my vehicle to them for repair.
I thought I’d be waiting weeks for my vehicle to be completed but it was days .
Overall I’d highly recommend using fix auto everytime .

Fantastic!… Star and everyone at Fix Auto- have gone above and beyond. My Mercedes had some damage on the rear passenger door and it has been repaired like new. It was completed quicker than advised and I have been updated regularly. All very professional and definitely would recommend and use again. Superb team

Great Service
I took my car in on Monday due to the paint peeling away on some plastic trim. I was greeted with friendliness and professionalism. They provided a courtesy car (free of charge) and completed the job in 48 hours. On my return I was, once again, treated extremely well and the repair was first class. Special mentions for Star, Hollie and James whose service compelled me to leave this review. I would recommend them highly.
