Can't rate these guys highly enough, from initial damage assessment to finished repair they've been completely professional and done a fantastic job on my VW Crafter following significant panel damage. Would genuinely recommend anyone that's looking for a quality repair on their campervan or motorhome speak to the team at Fix Auto in Basingstoke.

Works vehicle repair.
Vehicle collected by smart and friendly driver called Phil. Vehicle was only used for transport to and from the facility where repaired, not driven elsewhere. Fairly clean works vehicle but still had seat and floor coverings used.
Only criticism would be lack of communication - no call to say vehicle was ready or that it was being brought back. I had to call them for information on progress and delivery status.

Terrible service
Terrible service, they never answer the phone are slow with returning emails, still awaiting reply from email sent 2 days ago with regards to re-booking my vehicle for works not done correctly in the first instance, despite having the vehicle for 4 weeks. Not great when its your main works vehicle. Given up and will take it elsewhere.

When you initially collected your van, we were pleased to hear you were happy with the work overall, aside from the slam lock alignment on the sliding door. At the time, we fully understood that you needed to take the vehicle back due to work commitments, and we asked that you contact us when it was convenient for you to return so we could correct this for you.
Unfortunately, on this occasion we fell short in responding promptly when you got back in touch, and for that we sincerely apologise. Clear and timely communication is something we pride ourselves on, and it’s disappointing to hear that we didn’t meet that standard here, especially when your van is essential to your livelihood.
We completely understand why you chose to have the adjustment carried out elsewhere given the distance and the need to keep your vehicle on the road, and we’re sorry we didn’t have the opportunity to put this right for you ourselves.

Terrific service from Emma and all the team! After a crash my campervan was brought to Fix Auto Basingstoke for repairs and it was pretty stressful but the communication and service was excellent. They even replaced a travel decal I had on the front bonnet which was a lovely extra touch, the courtesy car was also excellent. Highly recommend !

Excellent.
This company has been very professional in handling the situation with the damage that was caused from my accident. The third party was a good citizen and accepted all liability which made the process alot easier. The two guys "Ian and Phil" who dropped the car back to the property were very pleasant. The woman on the phone who dealt with the case originally as well (think this was Michelle) and the company in general were always keeping in touch with the general process and handled everything in a professional manner.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs vehicle repairs following an accident or a general fix of your vehicles.

Outstanding 5-star service from start to finish. Di was extremely helpful in arranging the booking for my car, and Emma provided great support when coordinating its return. Both were friendly, accommodating, and flexible with timing and location, allowing everything to be tailored to my preferences.
Both Jason and Glyn, at the collection and return of my vehicle, were friendly and helpful, kindly assisting me with transferring my child’s car seat between vehicles. This support made all the difference, as I was quite anxious about ensuring the car seat was fitted correctly. My vehicle was returned in pristine condition, with all previous damage fully repaired and the interior clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again if needed. Thank you for your kind, helpful customer service and your outstanding repair work.

Professional and friendly team -great repair
Perry and Emma were very helpful and polite, from the assessment of damage to my van after a car hit it, to providing guidance on the best way forwards and the potential impact if they found further damage once my van was stripped down. They have been transparent and professional through the repair process, and I’m very happy with the repair.
I’ve just had my van delivered back to me by Iain and Jason, who were thorough in ensuring I was happy with the repair (and also undertook some great driving to park it perfectly on my driveway). I have only given 4 stars as their communication let them down. I’ve had to chase up progress and queries as they are very busy. My suggestion to mgmt is that you automate updates/ expected completion dates to customers via text/email to avoid them ringing in.
