Totally shit work and services
I’ve tried calling multiple times over the past month, and every time I’m given the same response: “our body shop manager will contact you ASAP.” Unfortunately, no one has followed up.
In addition, I’ve sent numerous emails to Claire, Tracey, and Megan, but I haven’t received any meaningful response.
It has now been over three months, and my car still hasn’t been properly repaired. The quality of work is extremely disappointing. Not only was the original issue not fixed, but my car door lock was damaged during the process and still hasn’t been repaired.
Considering you charge rates comparable to a manufacturer, the level of service and workmanship is unacceptable. I strongly suggest improving communication and hiring a more competent team that can handle repairs professionally and efficiently.

Damian, Mark and the whole team at Fix Auto Basingstoke are amazing. I’ve been using them for nearly a decade now for working on my classic car as well as my dailies. This time my 2025 BMW touring had a front end collision and I had Admiral send it straight to the guys. Car went in looking a sorry state and came back in less that two weeks looking showroom fresh - wouldn’t go anywhere else. Oh, and their new body shop premises are state of the art!

Dent fixed
Contacted Fix Auto to look at a dent on my car bonnet. They arranged for a specialist to look at my car. The work was carried out professionally and quickly, you could not see the dent once they had finished. Very pleased with the work, very quick and convenient service and a nice cup of tea while I waited.

Although the repair took a lot longer than the time we were told, plus we were told we would be kept up to date with progress which we had none !! The car was immaculate when it was returned to me. The workmanship was outstanding . Reception staff very polite and helpful. Hence the 5 stars.

Unfortunately someone drove into my Mercedes and damaged it, her insurance company arranged the repair with Fix Auto Basingstoke, they contacted me straight away and arranged collection, Phil the driver was very nice and professional, they kept me updated with the works and my car was returned a week later by Phil again, immaculate job, highly recommend.

I was amazed by the level of professionalism and kindness of the staff. Most of the time you can either get one or the other...but with Fix Auto - Basingstoke you get it all. The 2 gentlemen that came to collect my car were so lovely and reassured me on the work that would be done on my car, informed me of the timeframe of the work and let me know of my options to get my car back. When it was time to collect my car, I ended up going to fetch it and the staff at the front desk had the same level of professionalism and friendliness as the two gents...even at 8am in the morning! The desk staff who kept me updated over the phone were always so polite and informative. I would 10/10 recommend to a friend or family member
