The quality of the work looks to be good, but the customer service was pretty poor. Initially the company stated they would proactively update me me on status, I had to call and chase twice a week. I got one callback at the very end almost 4 weeks after dropping my car for repair to say car was ready.

thank you for your review as it always helps us to improve things, i can see that we had to wait the best part of a month for a back ordered part to come in from Sweden and that there were 7 occasions on which we had spoken to you, however if it was yourself that had to call us then i am very sorry for that and we will look into ways to stop that happening.

I had my first accident in my new car…
I had my first accident in my new car but received sympathetic and professional help in coping with the situation. The service I received was excellent and my car has been returned looking as good as new. Would recommend.
