Great experience - I’m a very particular customer and I’m sure all the staff were happy when I collected my car. Josh and Shelly were super helpful and responded quickly to all my calls and emails - great work undertaken on the car, couldn’t recommend them enough

The best car repair centre around!!!
Shelly, Sharon, Nigel, Paul all looked after me really well, especially Shelly and Sharon who kept me calm throughout the whole process

Car repair
I was updated every few days to let me know how things were progressing also when I picked my car up it had been cleaned inside and out and I got a phone call a couple of days later asking if everything was ok.
All in all a great customer service,it’s a shame other repair companies are not as good this one.

Very happy with the repair
Very happy with the repair, communication was good and the car was picked up and dropped of to me, with minimal effect to my day to day job. Car was also cleaned inside making the overall experience even more pleasant.

Great communication throughout the repairs. I was made aware of any delays and expected completion dates. Always lovely and helpful on the phone and helped finding a courtesy car as quick as possible! Highly recommend. The repairs are great, can’t tell any work has been done. Completed quickly.

Car picked up for repair and delivered back once done. Kept informed about progress of work most of the time - but not always. Promised update not sent and had to ask what the position was. Pleasant helpful staff encountered.

The work was done to a high standard and am very happy with the results. Was difficult to get hold of a curtesy car at first due to being very busy. But that was resolved in the end.

Pranging your car is traumatising enough, and it certainly helps when getting it fixed is a breeze. Thats what happened to me, my insurance company nominated Fix Auto to fix my car and I am glad they did. The whole experience was simple from start to finish. Dropped off my car, picked up replacement car, got regular updates as to when my car would be ready, it was ready before scheduled and they actually delivered it back to my house. First class service and in the nicest possible way, I hope I don't see them again for a long tome
