Fix Auto Castleford made the stressful process of damage to my Dad's care as smooth and as quick as possible. From start to finish, Hannah and the team communicated almost daily when fixing the car, and nothing was too much trouble at all. From picking up the car and dropping it off, its the quickest and easiest transaction ive ever experienced with any car. Brilliant From start to finish- thanks to everyone ij the team.

The experience started bad and ended even worse. The communication at Fix Auto is very poor, as well as time management for arranging pick up for my car and telling me one day it won’t be ready for collection and then ringing randomly to say it is, with me then unable to collect my car, due to work. The process was laughable at points with how unorganised they were and telling my husband, myself and the insurance company 3 different stories. Due to this being an insurance job, I did expect updates about the car and clear time scale of when it would be completed by. The only positive to come from this is the courtesy car they provided, was really good and my car came back clean and fixed perfectly.

Really quick service top quality work would recommend in the future

My insurance sent my car to this company in October last year and what an absolute mess they made to my car didn’t even repair the damage properly I went to another mechanic and he said he’s never seen a worse job done in his career. Rang up and requested an invoice of the work had been done said they’d send it by email. Still not received. Id never take my car to this place to get repaired again. Had to pay out even more money to fix the mess they made when it should have been done properly the first time.

My daughters car was taken here as an insurance recovery
Once they recovered the car and identified that the repair was minor I was advised the repair cost would be less than the excess
I cancelled insurance claim and paid them directly

Great company to deal with, everything about the work on my car has been first rate.

From a drive-in enquiry for a small paint scrub Derek came out and assessed the work, giving a verbal quote that became the final price.

Jo was great when arranging the work and flexible to rearrange around my work commitments

The work itself is excellent, you can’t tell anything has been done, really impressed

The car was returned after a good vac and clean through and was ready for pick up Friday lunchtime rather than the planned Monday afternoon

Absolutely brilliant service at Fix Auto Castleford, from booking to return of vehicle.

MG HS near side rear door was crumpled, got a new door and detailing and the job was done quicker than the estimated completion date, marvelous job.

Special thanks goes out to Joanne for keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs, to Charlie for dealing with the appraisal and to Terry for the handover of the courtesy car and for delivering my vehicle to my door, fully valeted I must add which was a lovely touch.

Rude staff and ridiculous repair times

Bullied into paying excess my insurance haven't even requested

They keep sending random warranty emails for what they haven't repaired

No courtesy cars yet 5parked outside so I've had to hire from elsewhere all in all a repair that should of taken days as taken months and still not done one minute they give one date then another and upon questioning receive rude manners from the receptionist

Good workmanship and efficient service. I would recommend.

Brilliant results on my Audi just took a while to to receive back as it was estimated to be done around 2 week and took over a month. Apart from that Excellent results

Happy with the repair on my van
My van was given back to me unvaleted filthy inside still coverd in filler dust
I wouldnt of minded if the outside had been washed it wasnt. it was supposed to have been delivered back to me the previous day never turned up .got a phone call two hrs later to say the valeter had phoned in sick
I had to collect it next day and it was given back to me in that state this is why i have given a poor review

Top class service. Reliable, helpful, professional and very courteous service. I would highly recommend. Thank you for making a molehill out of a mountain.
