Fix Auto in Diss were absolutely brilliant, I can’t praise them enough, they were very efficient and made sure I had a courtesy car that I could get in and out of easily (bad back & hip). They were so helpful with the whole process of repairing my car and the end result was perfect. What more can I say, they totally deserve 5 Stars.

Dropped by to ask if they could fix a few marks on my lease car before it was returned. Gary came out and looked at the scratch along the side, and some marks on the bonnet and proceeded to polish them out there and then. What absolutely amazing service. As I am a local he didn't even want any payment for his effort. Use these guys, as well as being obvious experts their customer service is truly outstanding!

My VW Transporter was rear-ended and the whole boot and bumper needed replacing. The estimator at Fix Auto Diss was very helpful, and clearly had an in depth knowledge of what would be required and of the process.

I went through my insurance and the third party accepted full responsibility. Fix Auto Diss are one of the shops trusted by my insurer so the whole process was so simple end to end.

The communication from Sarah was superb, and we always felt kept in the loop. Everything was completed on the agreed timeline, and the work itself is honestly second to none - the rear of my vehicle looks absolutely brand new.

Sarah made contact by the following morning of my accident. She was very polite and got me in the same day before work for the damage to the car to be assessed by Garry. Sarah did offer to get one of the guys to go in on Saturday when they were closed to assess the damage if I couldn’t make it before work in the week. Garry was brilliant, very professional and very knowledgeable with the repair. Sarah kept me up to date with the repairs and got me booked in the following week. The car remained with them for a week and was repaired to a brilliant standard. Gary and the team have done a fantastic job. All in all a very professional and friendly service at Auto fix Ltd Diss :-)
