If i could give this garage less than 1…
If i could give this garage less than 1 star i would. My insurance company sent my car here to get fixed, they determine it was not an insurance claim and treated me like a criminal, hounding me with calls when i was at work. They then charged me four times the amount to fix the damage as i was quoted elsewhere, and would not let me play over the phone, making me come to the garage. I would never use this company again as they charge was over the usual amount to fix cars

You agreed to the price before we commenced the work on your vehicle. The numerous telephone calls were attempts to let you know that the free of charge courtesy vehicle we had supplied to you, was now no longer insured as there was no valid insurance claim.

Took a long time to get car into garage…
Took a long time to get car into garage due to lack of parts. Final Results are superb. Replacement doors, painted, polished. Car hoovered and even cleaned up the alloys. Good polite staff. Definitely use again (if have to)

Once my vehicle was delivered to Fix Auto Durham the service and care was exceptional. From the loan car which was excellent to the many contacts they made to me to keep me up to date with the repair they were brilliant . Absolutely brilliant from start to…
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Insurance job. Initially said a end of August early September repair date but when I explained I was meant to trading in the car they were fixing for a new one they went above and beyond to get it done within two weeks. Repair was great and an added bonus of a valet. Staff really helpful, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend!

Great customer service, office staff are really friendly and do their best to help. The staff in the garage are also very approachable and explain things in detail. Car well washed and valeted also the lads done a mint job on my car. 100000% recommend

I think this garage is amazing! Marty who checked my car in and then gave me a courtesy car couldn’t of been more helpful. Pleasant, happy and efficient! Then the girls in the office keeping me informed every day on the progress of my car helpful pleasant courteous what a lovely staff, Donna had a very happy voice. When they told me my car was ready they were gonna drop it off for me nothing was a bother. Car was immaculate repair was incredible I can honestly recommend this garage to anyone many thanks Janet Smith

The repairs carried were good
The repairs carried were good, however, waiting over 3 months to get booked in not good at all. Also being told it would take 2 days to repair, getting a call on the 5th day saying waiting for parts and should be ready the next week! They had 3 month to order the right parts!!

Regarding our service: we have been notifying all of our customers of a delay in getting their vehicle booked in for repair and I believe this information was relayed to you and or a family member back in mid April. I appreciate the delay is not ideal but in making customers aware, this gives them the opportunity to use an alternative repairer if this delay does not suit their needs.
Although your vehicle was pre-estimated in it's damaged condition we are unable to see every bit of damage. It's only once the vehicle is stripped and reassembled that we often find there are additional parts needed. Unfortunately in your case they were some small but very essential clips.
If you have any other queries please do not hesitate to give us a call.

Good service!
Used Admiral Insurance who directed me to this garage to get my bumper fixed. Very friendly and good service overall. Got given a good, clean courtesy auto car whilst my car was getting fixed. Would recommend

Great service and end product
My car had quite a sizeable dent in the side along with damage to an alloy but thanks to the auto fix team, it now looks as good as new. Special mention to Marty for his service.
