I recently had rear-end bodywork carried out on my Toyota C‑HR by Allied Vehicles, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish.
From the outset, Sandra was superb in managing the logistics of the booking. Everything was handled efficiently and clearly, making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well organised.
A special thanks also to Cody, who ensured communication throughout was excellent. I was kept fully informed about the booking, progress, and timelines, which gave me real confidence that my car was in good hands.
The quality of the repair work itself is absolutely first‑class. The finish is flawless, with obvious care and attention to detail — the car genuinely looks as good as new. To top it off, the vehicle was washed and cleaned before being returned, which was a really appreciated touch and speaks volumes about the pride taken in their work.
Finally, Alan, who manages the body shop, personally checked that I was completely happy with everything at the end of the process. That final walk‑through and care for customer satisfaction really sets Allied Vehicles apart.
Exceptional workmanship, excellent communication, and genuinely caring customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Allied Vehicles to anyone needing body repair work.

Bad experience
It was a bad experience from the start. The phone link to take photos did not work, nor did the email. I was coerced into bringing it in to the garage. I was not no comfortable about driving it. As it turned out it was considered unsafe to drive when the driver came to collect it. I was not really kept up to date with the progress, I had to phone. I was promised the car on 3 separate occasions, and on 2 occasions it was delayed, the third occassion no told me, and I had waited in all for its delivery. I was not happy.

The claim we received stated your vehicle was roadworthy therefore we request customers to send images to ensure our customer is safe. We apologize for the difficulties you faced with submitting photos. When our driver came to collect your vehicle he reported that your vehicle required a recovery truck as there was a shudder from the vehicle. You should have been kept fully informed throughout the repair process, and we regret that you had to chase updates. We provide customers with an estimated completion date as the date may change due to delays and we did experience part delays from the manufacturer for your repair. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient that must have been when your estimated completion date changed. We are working closely with our workshop to ensure customers are kept up to date with any delays.

Excellent service
The company kept in touch either by phone or text to explain the process. My car was uplifted at the time arranged and delivered back on time. The employees were very helpful and polite and the work on the car was excellent
