I found communication difficult at times and did not have a good experience with regards to customer service at the front desk. The repair was completed in a timely manner.

We’re glad the repair itself was completed in a timely manner, and we appreciate you recognizing that. I understand the issue with our returned courtesy car was resolved by our Bodyshop manager.
Our team work hard to keep you updated throughout the process, however during the build-up of the repair we identified further parts were required and we rely on the manufacturer for the arrival of parts which can be difficult for us to provide an update until parts arrive.
Your comments have been passed to our management team so we can continue improving our service, and we appreciate your feedback.
