I found the whole thing stress free and I now have a smart ‘new ‘ car in spite of what has been a distressing incident. The Hyundai car I was given to drive was perfect.
Car looked like new after damage and car was cleaned thoroughly for pick up. Side mirror was damaged by the insurance delivery lorry but the manager offered to fix it for free out of courtesy! Very go... Ver mais

Never would I send my vehicle here…
Never would I send my vehicle here again, vehicle went here for insurance accident work replaced bumper took a week sent vehicle back with scratches over new bumper there words it’s a new bumper regardless if new there should not be scratches all over it and given back to a customer like that vehicle went back and took couple more days to come back just to polish scratches out bad quality check staff rude no communication don’t come back to you . Worst place ever, Pick another place if you get asked to send your vehicle here not worth the hassle and poor workmanship

Gold standard in service
The fact they picked up and dropped off my vehicle made it extremely helpful and they were very flexible with it. The customer service over the phone was always good. The repair works was to an extremely high standard and it was returned a lot cleaner than I handed it over. Could not recommend these guys enough.

Great service and communication
Great service, my car was collected I explained what the damage on the car was and what needed repairing. I was updated while my car was being repaired and when it would be ready. When I got my car back I was happy with the repairs. It was clean and tidy. Overall it was a easy and stress free experience.

I was told at the start that it would…
I was told at the start that it would take 7-10 days, once droped off this was changed to 5 weeks.
Which was really annoying as i had the van booked in for important re call work due to take place in 4 and a half weeks. Obviously with the original 7-10 days this was easily possible.
After having to cancel my appointment i now have to wait another 6 weeks.
I would have postponed the cosmetic work if I'd have been given more accurate information.
Also i wasn't overly happy that my van was used as a bin.
It was messy with my own stuff i admit, but as i don't smoke and have never eaten McDonald's in the van, I'm pretty sure the bags of these things were not mine!
The work carried out was okay, although my side door still doesn't run a smoothly as it used to.
