Great customer service, work completed to a high standard
Was referred to Fix Auto following a collision, this was done via my insurance company. Within 4 hours of me submitting the claim it had been accepted and Fix Auto had contacted me for damage photos. The next day they got my booked in for the end of the week. They kept me updated whilst I had my car, and managed my expectations well. Incredibly friendly and helpful customer services, including the guys that picked up/dropped off my car. The damage was repaired to a very high standard, I was so pleased with the results. Thank you Fix Auto for making what could have been a very stressful experience, really not stressful at all.

Returned vehicle without completing the list of damages & added a new fault namely a broken windscreen. Then had the audacity to try & lay the blame on it being “pre accident “ when photos taken before removal clearly proved otherwise. Disgraceful & underhand bodge it & leg it attitude. Ongoing nightmare

As the repairer, we are only allowed to repair what the insurance company authorise (as was explained to you).
Unfortunately, since your insurance company did not authorise the repair to the windscreen nor the damage on the rear, we could not take care of these for you.

Excellent Customer Service
I recently had my car repaired at Fix Auto, and I can confidently say their customer service was exceptional. From the moment they picked my vehicle, they kept me informed every step of the way, providing timely updates about the repair progress and any challenges they encountered.
One issue that arose was the difficulty in sourcing a specific spare part due to supply chain delays. Rather than leaving me in the dark, they explained the situation thoroughly and outlined the steps they were taking to resolve it as quickly as possible. Their transparency and proactive communication made the entire process far less stressful.
When the parts finally arrived, the team worked efficiently to complete the repairs, ensuring everything was done to the highest standard. My car is running perfectly now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome.

Excellent service from Fix Auto UK
I've used Fix Auto UK twice now and on both occasions the work they carried out on my vehicles was exceptional - I couldn't tell there was ever a problem after they finished the job!
Their customer service was also excellent from start to finish. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed and would highly recommend using them.
