Never good to need the services of an…
Never good to need the services of an organization that repairs cars, as it already means you have had an unhappy experience. I do however note that Fix Auto Lichfield branch picked up my car for me and repaired it quickly AND extremely well. You cannot tell it had combat damage now the repair is completed! If I had to use a bodyshop service again then Fix Auto would be my first call.

From the moment the Insurance Company handed us over to Fix Auto the treatment we received was excellent. The car was assessed; collected and replaced with a loan and the repairs completed
all on time and the finished work was perfect .

Exemplary service
I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Fix Auto, Lichfield, especially my main contact, Amy. Four other companies weren't interested in the repair but Amy took the job on and made sure we got best value for everything. Everyone I met was friendly and the job itself was immaculate. Communication was absolutely first class. Thank you Amy and Fix Auto.
