A fantastic service!
I recently had my Volkswagen Golf R repaired by Acton Coachworks following damage to the sill and fuel flap, and I couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish.
As someone who takes great pride in my cars, I spent a lot of time researching repairers before choosing Acton. David was fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions in detail, explained the repair methods being used, and was completely transparent about the costs involved.
The repair itself was completed to a very high standard. The sill damage was repaired using a Miracle Pull system without the need for cutting or welding, and the finished result looks excellent. The paint finish and panel fitment are superb, and the car was returned cleaned and presented beautifully.
What impressed me most was the honesty and customer service. David kept me informed throughout, provided videos of the repair process, and even reduced the final bill when the repair came in slightly under the original estimate. He didn't have to do that, but it speaks volumes about the integrity of both David and Acton Coachworks.
It's clear that this is a business run by genuine car enthusiasts who take pride in their work. The attention to detail, professionalism and customer care were outstanding.
I would not hesitate to recommend David and the team at Acton Coachworks and will certainly use them again in the future.
