Brilliant service. Collected the van, kept me informed about repairs and time it would take and then delivered van back seamlessly repaired, embarrassingly a lot cleaner than when it was collected :)

Great company from start to finish
Great company from start to finish! After a battle with my insurance company saying my van was a total loss from day 1, Fix Auto managed to assess my vehicle as best they could from images I sent, as I didn't want my van leaving my property without being repaired. After a few days they agreed with me that the vehicle was repairable. My van was then picked up, repaired and delivered back to me within 1 week. Absolutely great service and they kept me informed at what stage the repair was at. I would highly recommend both Crediton and Newton Abbot branches as I believe they work with each other. Excellent!
FixAuto Newton Abbot repaired a large scrape along the side of my car in September 2024. It has endured bright sunny days, winter dirt, repeated washing, and is still an excellent match for shape, smooth finish and colour. They were a pleasure to deal with, both in person and on the phone.
I wouldn't wish to need car body repairs again, but if I deal with any company – it would be them. Am currently arranging insurance for next year, and will choose an insurer that uses them, even if it costs a bit more.

We recently had our VW T5 Transporter campervan repaired by Auto Fix Newton Abbot. From the start of the process to completion Fix Auto kept us informed of progress on a regular basis. I have no complaints, great company
I have no complaints about this company, their communication was brilliant and kept us up to date with progress every step of the way once Toyota contacted them regarding the damage to my car.
The repair work was quick as my car was made priority it was back in a little over a week and not the advised 5-6 weeks.

Excellent repair but had to chase the booking.
Excellent service and repair. I have not given 5 stars since had to chase the booking since the proposed date was well past and I received no update. The workshop was also switched from Crediton to Newton Abbot.
