Just don't bother with the courtesy car it's a bag of nails worst drive I ever had
I used once then decided to drive my sprinter vans for comfort
But the garage did a good job repair on my BMW

everything was great especially the staff. My only thoughts were that a smaller collection time as waiting all day for the collection was too long. tried to get a smaller time slot but could not. this was the only slight problem

Delighted by the service provided. The repair was completed far faster than I had expected with good reporting on progress. Repair quality was really first rate. I hope I don't need a similar repair again, but if I do, I'd be chuffed if these guys got the job.

Very efficient service from start to finish.

Absolutely shocking, my car came back with a flat tyre , I was given a car with hardly any engine oil in it, tyres just barely legal. The paint work had not been finished to an acceptable standard and I had to bring the car in several times before it was completed. When I got home the repair failed within 1 day. I’m taking my vehicle somewhere else to a professional to complete the repair properly. I will never use this company again.

4-star review because new headlight fitted and they fail to nice light bulb not working. the rest was excellent.

First class service. Very polite and helpful on every contact. Offered an alternative automatic after I commented on the courtesy car provided. No difficulty in visiting the workshop and removing items from the car being repaired.
So far repairs appear very satisfactory. Car returned in spotless condition.
