Very professional and efficient service
Very professional and efficient service once they had received the required parts, which we had been warned could take some time due to the delays they were experiencing. In particular Mick and Tracey were extremely helpful. They answered all our questions and explained every procedure.

Car damaged due to falling ridge tiles.
Phoned me on the Monday to say they had a cancellation and hire car, parts had arrived, picked up job done Friday Pm.
Five star service throughout and an excellent repair and valet of the car.

Adding the touch of a professional.
Besides the car being put into very good order, the headlight alignment in respect of the dip lights was also adjusted. Previously, from the factory, the main beam just brightened the area slightly along the line of the top of the dip beam. This never was good and had no distance penetration. Now, it is correctly adjusted to be slightly above that and the affect is great, with the road ahead well illuminated. Previously, I had considered adding auxiliary lights to achieve this. Not needed now. Well done all!

close to perfect
We were promised to receive updates on the status of repairs every third day, but had to call for information. Also, more than two weeks went by without hearing anything when repairs can be done after the confirmation that this company would carry out the repairs.

Fixed my Clio Rs, 10/10 amazing
After a fight with a wall in my clio RS 200 I was devastated with the damage to my beloved car. I took it to several dealers who refused to even look at it, this is when I asked fix auto for a quote. They pulled the dent out the rear quarter panel, filled the damage to my door, side skirts and matched the paintwork to perfection and all done in the space of a week. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!!! 10/10

Dealing with Tracey on the front of…
Dealing with Tracey on the front of office has been a real pleasure, forth coming with all the relevant information and keeping me updated with the progress of my vehicle.
The work that had been carried out on my car was to say the least exceptional, you would think it was a new vehicle, washed and cleaned inside to near perfection, the streak marks on the outside of the windscreen were the let down especially when driving into the sun.
Overall a professional company throughout.

Excellent all round, twice over
Really pleased with these folks twice over. First job was minor collision damage to my pride and joy, an Alpine A110PE in metallic Alpine blue - could not have been more invisible. So then asked them to correct a previous repair done elsewhere on my Clio in flame red, which was a real messy poor job that I'd asked them to improve, and once again I cannot thank them enough for a spectacular paint job. So, overall a friendly professional service - thankyou!
