Fantastic service from start to finish with detailed updates and friendly staff

I had a football size dent in my rear bumper. The car was taken in on a Thursday, got phoned Friday to say it would be ready the following Wednesday. Which I already thought was really good, having used different repair places previously and had to wait months. They actually phoned on the Monday to say the car was ready. I picked it up Tuesday. Looked brand new. Don't know if they pulled the dent or replaced the bumper, but the car looked like new, washed and hoovered as well. Excellent service, polite and friendly staff.

The work on repairing my car was wonderful and my car was cleaned inside out.
Service was OK. Understandably due to the current covid restrictions the repair centre explained they've had to reduce staff numbers and reduce opening days and time so I could not pick up on time or have a temporary car delivered to me since my car would have been ready fast so I told them not to bother with giving me a car for only 3-4 days.
My car was fixed within 10 days and delivered to me a few days later.

The whole team was very helpful and the process was also extremely easy. Excellent service!
