Very nice company to deal with.

Easy to contact and everyone I spoke to was happy to help and were very forthcoming with the answers to my questions. I was lucky enough to get a courtesy car from them which was very pleasing on the eye and did not feel like a basic spec ‘loaner’.

The collection of my car and returning the courtesy vehicle was a hassle free process. I really felt like I was not being rushed and I was being afforded the time and space to be thorough.

Overall; a real professional company with great professional staff who clearly appreciate the situation.

Fix Auto are amazing!

Car was involved in a hit and run my insurance wanted a garage to jig the rear quarter, but having a performance vehicle it wasn't a good idea. I reached out to Andy and his team and they said straight away that they would replace the rear quarter. They cared about the car and my family by making sure everything was repaired to a high standard keeping us safe. Along the way Andy and his team kept me updated with any other damage that was found once stripping the car internally and made sure the repairs were done in a timely manner, even when needing to order new tools for the job. I can't thank the team enough for everything they have done!
Definitely coming back with any other issues or parts I need sorting.

An absolutely excellent service. Repaired the body work on my Volvo. Kept me informed along the way and was clear on estimated repair time, which was accurate. Andy then drove it back to my home repaired and clean. Very pleased. Highly recommend this company.

My new car was involved in a non fault accident, Fix Auto repaired my vehicle and returned it to me in perfect condition, like brand new. I was kept updated throughout the process so pleased overall.
Andy and the team are fantastic.

My car required a lot of work doing to it after an accident in July 2024. Andy picked up my car in mid-August 2024 and returned it to me in immaculate condition (as good as new, inside and out) some six weeks later. Whilst the garage was waiting for spare parts I was kept updated by Lucy, via emails and phone calls. She was extremely knowledgeable on the repair process and explained everything to me in clear and understandable detail. And whilst my car was being repaired Andy kept me well informed of its progress. He was equally informative and confident in his dealings with me. Andy and Lucy are a credit to Fix Auto Slough. I always felt confident that my car was in good hands dealing them and with the team who worked on fixing my car. They did a great job! Jon

Very happy with Fixautos right from the start. They replied promptly to all my enquiries and were transparent and upfront about what they were doing on the repairs and how long it would take.
