I asked for a few days advance notice…
I asked for a few days advance notice before the car was being returned so that I could arrange for it to be picked up at the end of it's lease. I was, however rung up and told it would be dropped off that same day.
I cleaned my car before it was picked up by your staff. It came back dirty and definitely not cleaned. My wife pointed this out to the person who returned the car but he was frankly not interested in my wife's comments.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, when we called to confirm the delivery back to you, we would have happily changed the date if it was inconvenient.
This is the first instance that we have heard that there was an issue with the vehicle cleanliness. The vehicle was seen by your daughter and wife and the collection agreement signed with no amendments. The vehicle was washed before being delivered back to you as part of our QC process. We image the vehicle on completion and delivery and I am happy to send you images if you wish.

Excellent customer service, superb communications, very helpful staff. Car was fixed in under a week, shame the courtesy car was manual and not automatic. However, would highly recommend this organisation.

The service received was second to none…
The service received was second to none even though my car had to go back as there was a small crack in the washer bottle which was missed by the person dealing with the original refit but it would have been difficult to spot due to the location of the crack in the washer bottle.
I would most definitely recommend Fix Auto UK for excellent service provided.
