From first Contact they liased with Manufacturer got vehicle booked in and came to my home to pick up.
Throughout the repair kept me informed upon return of my vehicle which had been valeted repair was first class well done Marc and the team.

Rip off
This was an insurance claim, so I had no choice about the repairer. My car had a few scrapes on the rear bumper and tyre after someone scraped it while parked up. Purely cosmetic.
It took this garage 22 days to repair it. Not one single update in the tim it was with them. The cost? Over FOUR THOUSAND POUNDS.
The workmanship looks good but the price is absolutely shocking - most likely ramped up because it was an insurance claim.

I can assure you everything cost wise is pre-agreed with the insurer via an independent inspection so costs are absolutely transparent we do not have control on the final say, however I agree it looks a costly repair after viewing the repair images so take your point and appreciate the angle

Took too long

The car repair is fab, all that needed done was the bumper had to some off and then back on.
But this took a week, I was left without a car for 3 days longer than anticipated which was a nightmare as a single mum who doesn’t live near work or nursery.

Car was sent to Fix Auto Uk via my insurance company. Mix up over the collection day, minimal communication, I had to keep chasing for updates, requested the car back on the 3rd day to avoid it being kept over a weekend. No time for it to be cleaned/valeted. The repair was done, no problems since.

Great service
My car was send here as an approved garage through my insurance, Mandy was great at keeping me up to date with the progress. The courtesy car service was also great, dropping off the car at my work and also bringing my car to me at work and collecting the courtesy car. If I needed work doing in the future outside of insurance I’d definitely go to them and also recommend to others.

The service was excellent
The service was excellent. Our van had had a bump and we were struggling to find a repairer, we popped in and the work was carried out quickly and to a high standard we couldn't ask for more. Mandy looked after the insurance side of it taking the stress of us and all staff were very welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend using Fix Auto Washington, they were spot on.

This garage was amazing from start to…
This garage was amazing from start to finish.
They collected my car from my door, at my convenience too. The drivers also pointed out that my MOT was due, which I knew, and suggested why didn't I get them to do the MOT while in, which was a great idea.
I got a price a few days later , and they gave me a discount, which seal it for me.
The garage kept me up to date throughout and even dropped the car back off to my home when completed too, alonf with the MOT paperwork and invoice.
They even fully valeted my car and it was GLEAMING too.
Absolutely brilliant service through everyone I spoke to.
AMAZING!!!!
