Excellent from start to finish, the staff are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.

When vehicle finally collected it stilll took 5 weeks to completionthough the work was exemplary on return of the vehicle.

I would like to support other reviews by starting with the quality of the repair to the bodywork of my mini, which, from what I can see so far is excellent. Unfortunately I also have to support the reviews that mention how long they take to complete work once an insurance company have authorised them. In my case I was told as the car was drivable, it was not a priority and they were very busy. The car was booked in three weeks after the accident. They then rearranged it and as I was going on holiday for 10 days, it was booked in for 7 weeks after the initial claim. It took them a further 18 days to repair and return the car. My biggest gripe is I was told via text my car had been repaired later Thursday afternoon, just before 5pm and it was to be washed and returned the next day and it was after 3pm when the car was returned the next day. I had a hire car with Enterprise and as Fix Auto recorded the repair as complete on the Thursday, Enterprise insisted the hire car was returned to them on the Friday. I was in work away from Wrexham and this led to me having to rearrange work and other arrangements. I feel this was unnecessary and not to the terms of my replacement car being issued under the insurance. So all in all, great repair, not so fantastic service for a hassle free experience.

Quality of work and friendliness of staff very good. However very slow initiating and completing repair. My vehicle required small dent on wheel arch, booked in early on date requested, work was not started until later in week. Waited a week after repair for paint shop. Without vehicle for exactly 3 weeks.

I was blown away with the service provided they collected the vehicle from Conwy text message every day with the progress deliverd back.
They repair was faultless.
The cost for the repair was way less than other quats

Was contacted within 24 hours of them being informed I needed help. Date fixed easily. When I arrived seen to immediately and everything explained. Replacement car was clean and again everything explained clearly. Timescale was given for repairs but car was ready before and they delivered to my home address repairs perfect very pleased with job and service

I found Fix Auto, very good, kept me informed along the way, dropped courtesy car off at one place of work and exchanged my car back at my other place of work. Also fixed another bodywork problem I had which was not on insurance claim, and gave me a very reasonable quote.

Fantastic service. I arranged my repair through the insurance, they managed to get me in super quick with very little wait list compared to other garages. They have done a superb job on the car it looks like new considering the damage to it was so bad. Left my car looking like it did on the same day I bought it. They even dropped my car off at home once repairs were done, so pleased with everything. Thank you so much 😊
