I have used fixd services for about a year. Unfortunately, the scheduling as been difficult. appointments have not been available for several days. Also, once appointments have been scheduled, most of the time I have had to wait many hours past the appointment window. This has been very frustrating to deal with and very inconvenient.

I am asking you to come do a service when I am at home, so I get to see what exactly you do with my pool. I have lots of questions to ask.

I recommend Fixd to everyone. Service is always on point. Not a huge fan of the surcharged pricing tiers now is the only reason to take off from 5 stars.

AC repair was scheduled promptly and the job was performed to it's completion on the same day.

Look for home warranty elsewhere. We have experienced nothing but trouble/difficulty with this company. All of which could have been avoided. Being wrongfully charged for a property I didn’t own (which took three months to receive any refund or response), to a lack of availability to come and repair issues, to being wrongfully charged by the technicians for jobs they completed. Communication with this company is abysmal. They will tell you they are going through an upgrading phase and getting new management in place, don’t believe this. It has been the same story for 365 days. I will not be renewing with this company.

Terrible. Had a significant plumbing issue that was clearly covered. They took 3 days to show up then had to send someone else out a day later and then we never heard from them again. We called and emailed but never a response. When we would get someone to talk to us we were always told someone would have to call us back.

After being without water for over a week we finally called another plumber and the issue was fixed that day - unfortunately we had to pay for that service and F*xd Repair abandoned us!

Robert Smith, FixD technician, was here to fix our oven temperature control problems. He was diligent, professional and really knew his stuff in repairing the problems. Our ovens now control temperature consistently and match the indication on the control panel with independent thermometer readings. Thanks Robert (and Fixd)

Two weeks without home air conditioning in my home. The 1st company came out after a few days, recommended that the unit be replaced, next thing I know that company was replaced, a compressor ordered by Fixd, and a new company showed up after the part was finally received. Then the new company showed up and the compressor was the wrong one. The new one had to be ordered by fixd, which ended up taking 6 more days to complete the project. The company that did the work were exceptional people however.

Happy with service ....cleaning and maintenance has been excellent ‼️ Start weekly maintenance this week 😎

Repair was scheduled promptly, arrived on time and repaired in a timely and professional manner.

Disappointed to learn that drain line clean-out was not covered by home warranty after technician arrived. All my other home warranty coverages have covered this. And then to pay a $50 service fee for nothing....is not good.

Prompt response times and courteous technicians who knew what they were doing. Had an issues with quoted pricing which was resolved by service counselors.
