This company is completely unscrupulous and tries to steal from and scam customers.
When I placed an order, they "sent" a package that was turned back at the border; the Swedish distributor refused to deal with them.
There was no communication; Fixerio marked the order as delivered anyway and kept the money. I emailed them, and they said they could resend the order. No order was sent; they kept the money and didn't notify me. I emailed again, and they told me I could place a new order (without getting a refund for the first one!).
When I angrily pointed out that they had still taken my money and threatened to report them to the ARN (National Board for Consumer Disputes) and its European equivalent, they finally refunded the money (after two months).
But they were underhanded enough not to refund the shipping costs, effectively stealing money anyway.
When I angrily pointed this out, they claimed it was a "mistake" and were rude.
Avoid them!
