Good service

Very efficient service offered by Fix Headphones. Had new ear pads fitted to Bose QuietComfort headphones and they have come back like new. Why bother trying to do this repair yourself when you can have it done professionally for such a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Excellent communication and great service.

Better quality replacement earpieces than are sold by most on-line traders who from experience usually supply soft foam pads which don't isolate external noise and frankly only last a few months and prove to be a waste of money.

This is an altogether a superior product which they fitted and returned to me in double quick time. A1*****

Super fast and efficient service. My headphones needed a replacement cableas the original one was damaged and sound was intermittently coming out of one side. After the repair they are now working correctly.

Excellent service. We had to get ear pads with Bose headphones replaced (they were disgusting!). I made the mistake or ordering the pads and trying to do it myself. One ear lost the noise cancelling as I couldn't do it properly myself. So I ended up googling this as a service and found Fix Headphones. They replaced them for me for the same price (including postage) as I had originally paid for the parts. I do wish I'd just used them in the first place!! Now working perfectly. Will definitely use again.

Amazing service! My headphones are like new again with replacement ear cushions and still sounding as good as the day I bought them (8+ years ago!) That’s the quality of a Bose product matched by the quality of their customer support even all these years later. I had my headphones back within a week of posting them off. Avoid using this company. They lack any kind of knowledge of basic customer service. Ordered a replacement set of Beats headphone cushions specifying the colour we wanted. Their paperwork showed the correct colour but they supplied the wrong colour. Three emails later they finally replied and told us to return the incorrectly supplied item which we had to do at our own expense using a tracked service. They finally sent the correct item but their error had a financial cost to us which any decent company would have offered to recompense. Their lack of meaningful apology says it all.
The product itself was fine once the correct colour was supplied.
My recommendation is avoid them until such times as they develop a knowledge of basic customer service.

I was delighted with the repair and service provided by Fixheadphones. My QC Bose headphones were in need of a new on/off switch. They were sitting sadly out of use on the bookshelf, until I came across this service. I was extremely impressed, communication was top notch and turn around very quick. Headphones are working like new again. Absolutely happy. Would highly recommend.
