I ordered the part on Friday June 12th. One week later and the part has not yet been received by An Post. Customer service has taken 24hr to respond to enquiries, when they respond at all! I paid extra to ensure a 3 to 5 day delivery and a week later I'm still waiting. Avoid this site.

We were able to find a part that couldn’t be found anywhere. That was on back order so it took a long time. After the first update I didn’t hear from them in ages and, only after I followed up, the item was dispatched. I wonder what would happen if I didn’t follow up.

I was able to find the part that I needed very easily on the website. The filtering options were very clear and comprehensive. I was looking for a part for an electric shaver and found the compatible part very quickly. Absolute fake website! My order is since January 2026 and 5 months later still can not receive the part! They even do not anything to solve the issue and no refund assist!

Absolutely spotless job, guys! Part was original and perfectly described so after find it with all details required I was sure about the match. Mounted it same day received and it was working as expected. Basically my problem (on a dishwasher) solved.
