Their service was very prompt, communication was excellent throughout the process, and they clearly explained the pricing structure before the booking was confirmed. The replacement part was also reasonably priced, which I really appreciated. Overall, a professional and reliable experience, I would definitely use them again if needed.
An excellent company for repairing household appliances. My old electric stove started to smell like burnt plastic, I panicked, called FIXUPPRO, they came on the same day, looked at what needed to be replaced, told me the price of the work and the price of the parts that needed to be bought, and the consultation was free. I paid for everything, and in a couple of days, everything was ready. They worked very quickly and efficiently, explained everything, and reassured me. I am very grateful to this company, and now I will always turn to them.

They came out on 1/5/23 to repair my Maytag washing machine. They said they needed to order parts and they wanted $100. They said it should take 4 to 5 business days. It is now 2/7/23 and nothing has been done. I have called their office several times, and they say someone will get back to me, but they never do. I wiil never see my money.
