🦊😅 Fjällräven – premium pris, “det går nok”-kvalitet 😅🦊


Jeg har lagt 30–40.000 kr. i Fjällräven gennem tiden – bukser, jakker, trøjer, regntøj… hele pakken. Så ja, jeg har ikke bare prøvet det – jeg har nærmest været sponsor 😅
Og fair: det er flot, gennemtænkt og de går virkelig op i bæredygtighed 🌍👏
MEN…
Kvaliteten er simpelthen faldet de sidste 5–6 år. Markant.
Vi er gået fra “det holder i årevis” til “det holder… måske sæsonen ud” 😬
Jeg har oplevet syninger der går, materialer der bliver hurtigt trætte, og generelt en holdbarhed, der slet ikke matcher prisen. Og det er altså et problem, når vi snakker niveauet:
“jeg overvejer lige om jeg køber bukser… eller en brugt bil” 💸😂
Det føles lidt som at tage en Ferrari med på sheltertur 🚗🔥
Det ser godt ud – men det giver ikke mening, når performance ikke følger med.
Og det værste er næsten:
Der findes i dag masser af mærker, der leverer samme eller bedre kvalitet til lavere pris.
Så ja – kæmpe respekt for brand, bæredygtighed og historie 🌿
Men jeg kan ærligt ikke længere anbefale det. Ikke til den pris. Ikke med den udvikling.

Fjällräven ist nur noch teuer aber nicht mehr gut. Bei meiner neuen Greenland Jacke sind nach wenigen Wochen die Ledersäume gerissen. Das soll DIE Traditionsjacke sein ? Die Reklamationsbearbeitung beim Händler soll 4-8 Wochen dauern ? Das war meine letzte Jacke dieser Firma

Fjaalraven anorak no. 8. The single worst piece of clothing I…

The single worst piece of clothing I have ever bought.

Anorak no 8. Hugely expensive. Advertised as suitable for all weather conditions. Rubbish.

No good in the cold as it is uninsulated and not much good on a sunny day but it when it starts to rain that you really discover how appaling it is. The merest light shower soaks straight through it and you are immediately wet.

“Use our Greenland wax to make it more water resistant.” They say. Funny that a water resistant jacket should need additional waterproofing but let’s see if it works. Not a bit of it. Two treatments and my new jacket looked like an old cow hide but one 5 minute cycle ride in a light shower and I was drenched. I’ve since used silicone based treatments and when they didn’t work I tried boot polish! Nothing works on their fancy G-1000 fabric. If you wear this jacket in the rain you are going to get wet, really wet.

“So what’s this shabby piece of clothing for?” You may ask. Two things: showing off to your friends that you have money to burn on Scandi clothing and blackberry picking. It’s ok at keeping our prickles. Problem is that wearing it makes you feel like a profligate prick.

I’ve never owed a piece of clothing that makes me angry before but there’s a first time for everything I suppose.

Poor quality backpacks, stiff and discoloured

I bought a Fjällräven 16 L black backpack that was delivered battered, discoloured and so stiff that I couldn’t close or open the zipper. When I complained to their head office’s customer service, they said that nothing can be done because it is as due to standard wear. This backpack was never used so it was a bizarre excuse from their customer service. I would never buy from them again. I was very disappointed in their response. Once they get your money, you are basically on your own!!!

Singi trekking cap bought this cap in 3 different sizes S M and L trying to find one that fits none do the adjustment on these caps are a disgrace. To anyone thinking of buying this cap my advice is don’t one star is one star to many for this product

Det finns flera skäl till varför storskalig produktion idag främst är koncentrerad till Asien. För det första har decennier av outsourcing från stora globala industrier lett till denna utveckling. Det har också gjort att Asien har blivit ett kunskaps- och kompetenscentrum för storskalig produktion. Dessutom tillverkas många av de material vi använder, inklusive tyger och tillbehör, i Asien, vilket gör det till ett logistiskt – och i många fall mer hållbart – val att ha produktionen där.

Oavsett plats är vi fortsatt engagerade i att säkerställa att våra produkter tillverkas enligt högsta standard samtidigt som vi minimerar vår miljöpåverkan. Vi arbetar nära våra leverantörer för att säkerställa att de följer våra krav och regelverk. Samtidigt vet vi att vi fortfarande har mer att göra.

Qualité médiocre et CGV mensongères

J’ai acheté une veste d’hiver « Expedition Down Cropped Jacket »

Apres 10 jours d’utilisation ( en street wear, rien de plus ) une déchirure est apparue au niveau d’une couture de poche.
La toile est clairement trop fine, ou les points de couture trop rapprochés, et cela provoque une faiblesse au niveau de la couture.

Les produits sont chers et prétendument garantie à vie.
Service client contacté : la Garantie ne s’appliquerait pas….

C’est assez scandaleux, J’attends une solution pour remplacer ou réparer ( gratuitement ) le défaut de fabrication comme l’annonce les CGV de la marque

Scam company - do NOT buy here!!!

I ordered the Abisko Värm tracking tights at February 5th. Paid € 190 for something that I will not receive anytime soon. Absolutely no confidence that delivery will take place at all. The shipment is announced on February 9th. Since than no action. DHL gets the blame but Fjällräven is responsible and my order is still in their warehouse. Total scamm this company. Already practiced my right of withdrawel. But still they blame DHL. What FR does not send, DHL cannot deliver and what is not delivered to me I cannot send back in order te get my money back. So I guess its bye bye € 190. But this is not the end of it. I will have to make contact with my creditcard company to get my money back. Shame on you Fjällräven. Wish I had read all these negative reviews before buying here.

FJALLARAVEN NUUK Parka - ZIP QUALITY

I purchased a NUUK Parka (via Varuste.net).

The zip mechanism is an absolute nightmare and it can take 5 minutes wiggling it around to get it to work.

Once it is on, it is very warm and waterproof, but it should not be so difficult!!

I would have sent it back, but Varuste.net say that all shipping costs outside of Finland are down to buyer.

So overall, I would not recommend it.

17/02 - received the response below and have sent a request to customer service for replacement zip/mechanism).

If the zipper is difficult to engage, it can sometimes be adjusted or realigned quite easily by a local tailor or repair shop. If you’d prefer, you’re also very welcome to reach out to our customer support team directly, we can look into arranging a replacement zipper part for you, which a tailor can then fit locally to get everything working smoothly.

Bad quality/No customer service

I bought a pair of Vidda Pro trousers and one of the seam split in half after a few times wearing them. Plus, the pants went from black to brown. They discoloured real bad. I sent them multiple emails but they do not answer. I have bought multiple items from them but I wont buy anything from this company no more. At 210$ a pair of trousers … the pants should last at least a year and a half…
Bad fabric and non existent customer service…

My son got the Kanken mini for my wife…

My son got the Kanken mini for my wife at Christmas, today the stitching has come apart at the D ring on one of the shoulder straps. Taken back to our local shop (who were very helpful) we were told that they couldn’t do anything but get in touch with their brand office. Now we are told it will have to go away for repairs? Absolutely disgraceful customer service from what is supposed to be a reliable brand.
I’m still annoyed about how this matter was delt with by the company, but must say the lady in the shop and the lady who spoke to my wife from customer care were very helpful. The issue has now been resolved and they are replacing the bag.

Qualität leider schlecht

Qualität leider nicht das, was ich beim Preis von knapp 80€ erwarten würde. Ich habe mich bewusst für einen (wie ich dachte) hochwertigen Rucksack, den Fjallraven Kanken Laptop 13 Inch, entschieden. Der Stoff sah nach kurzer Zeit bei normaler Benutzung uralt aus (wie verwaschen, auch ohne Wäsche). Jetzt sind auch noch die Reisverschlüsse kaputt. Kann ich leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Schade!

Das in Kånken-Rucksäcken verwendete Vinylon-Material kann mit der Zeit eine natürliche Patina entwickeln, wodurch der Stoff heller oder stärker genutzt wirken kann, das ist eine normale Eigenschaft des Materials und Teil davon, wie es mit der Nutzung weicher wird. Wenn Sie jedoch das Gefühl haben, dass die Abnutzung stärker ist als erwartet, wenden Sie sich bitte an unseren Kundenservice, damit wir den Rucksack prüfen und sehen können, ob ein Ersatz möglich ist.

Defekte Reißverschlüsse möchten wir natürlich ebenfalls nicht, dass Sie sich damit herumschlagen müssen. Wenn Sie sich bei unserem Kundenservice melden, schauen wir uns das gerne genauer an und prüfen, ob eine Reparatur oder ein Ersatz-Reißverschluss organisiert werden kann.

Wir würden uns sehr freuen, die Chance zu bekommen, das für Sie in Ordnung zu bringen.

Die Reissverschlüsse der Jacken haben leider eine sehr schlechte Qualität.
Wo ist die alte Qualität geblieben. Steht Fjällräven jetzt auch für "billig" im wörtlichen negativen Sinn!!!

The logo patch on the shoulder of my greenalnd winter jacket is torn. I contacted Fjallraven for a spare. They said they don't have any spare logo so I need to send my jacket for repair and pay out of my own pocket. Weird, just let me buy the logo. I will just sew Patagonia or Columbia logo on my jacket I guess....

In my experience I can say that these quite expensive winter trousers are not suitable for use in rainy conditions in the UK. After only twenty minutes (an aborted dog walk) in rain/sleety conditions today wearing my new trousers, my legs were soaked to my merino underwear leaving me wet and cold! In conclusion I would think they may be okay in dry weather but in the rain no better than a pair of jeans.
If you want to stay dry - do not buy.

The Sörmland trousers are made from our G-1000 Silent fabric, which is wind resistant and water resistant but not fully waterproof. For wet conditions, the fabric usually needs to be treated with Greenland Wax to increase its water resistance, and even then it’s designed for light rain rather than prolonged heavy or sleety weather.

That said, we understand how disappointing it is when gear doesn’t perform as expected. If you’d like, please reach out to our customer support team and we’d be happy to talk through the best use for the trousers, waxing tips, or help find a solution for you.

I bought Skogso padded jacket

I bought Skogso padded jacket. It's my third winter, moderate use during three winter months only and has worn look with small holes on the cuffs. Plus insulation leakage through g1000 and now started unzip itself. Paid about 350 euro and I'm disappointed. It's a great jacket though, very warm and comfortable, but not durable at all. My Vidda Pro pants have almost the same wear marks after one year. Sadly, but Fjallraven's quality is getting worse and worse.

Horrible quality! Do not buy!

We bought two "Tre-Kånken" Fjellreven backpacks on May 6, 2025. Both backpacks have started to peel off the rain protection coating, one of them much more than the other, but it has started to peel off in the same way and you can see through the backpack in these places. When we buy a backpack, we expect it to last a little longer than just six to seven months of use before it shows signs of such drastic wear. This does not seem to justify the price they charge for these bags. This is a problem that has been going on for many years, based on reviews and others with the exact same defect on the bags, where people are returning them three to four times with the exact same problem. This is too stupid! Instead of selling customers defective products, Fjellreven should improve their products and not bother customers with products that are not quality assured or that have been tested or can withstand normal use.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE OR RECOMMEND FJELLREVEN EVER AGAIN.
