Thank you so much, Mun Yin Fok! 🇸🇬🌟 We’re incredibly grateful for your continued trust in our services. It’s been a pleasure to assist you, and we are excited to grow together with your support.

We’re constantly working on improving our electronic systems and are thrilled to announce that our portal now offers instant visa submission and real-time tracking, so nothing gets lost in the process. 💻✨ Soon, we will also have instant payment options for orders to make everything even faster and more convenient!

We’re happy you’ve made use of the D12Y1-advanced visa for one year, which offers great flexibility. This visa allows you to stay in Indonesia for up to 180 days in a single visit, and if you need more time, you can extend it for another 180 days, making it a total of 360 days without leaving the country — super convenient! 🌏📅

Don’t forget that you can always check the visa status and submit new applications directly through our platform: 👉 app.flado.id 👈

Also, for those interested in staying longer, there’s a clever life hack: if you enter on the last day of your visa’s validity, you’ll still get a full 180-day stay and can extend later for 180 days more — learn more here https://flado.id/rulesd
! 🌍🛂 This means your visa for 1 year will actually allow you to stay up to 2 years legally.

If you ever need help with other visa types, including Tourist Visas, KITAS, or Investor Visas, or just need more information, feel free to reach out to us anytime. We’re always ready to assist you!

Hello Christian! 🇵🇭

Thank you so much for your continued trust and for being with Flado for so many years! 🌟 It’s always a pleasure to assist you, and we’re happy to see you returning again for your C1 Tourist Visa.

You’ve already used the C1 visa twice — the first time staying in Indonesia for the full 180 days (initial 60 days + 2 extensions) — and we’re glad it worked perfectly for your travel plans. The C1 visa remains the most convenient and reliable option for visitors from almost all countries worldwide. 🌏
Unlike Visa on Arrival, which is not suitable for everyone and has more limitations, the pre-issued C1 visa makes your entry to Indonesia smooth and stress-free, and you can decide later whether you want to extend or not.

To help you plan your stay even better, we’ve launched a new Visa Calculator:
https://flado.id/calc

Here you can easily track your allowed stay, see extension periods, and avoid overstays. Very helpful for long stays in Indonesia! 📆✨

And whenever your visa is close to expiring, you can always apply again through our upgraded portal:
https://app.flado.id

It takes less than 5 minutes, works 24/7 worldwide, and payments are processed instantly. Once office hours start, your new visa application goes straight into processing. ⚡💻

Thank you again, Christian, for choosing Flado and trusting us with your Indonesian visas. 🇮🇩 Your support motivates us to improve our service every single day and maintain the highest standards in the industry.

If you ever need help, we’re always here:

Looking forward to assisting you again soon! 🙌

Hello Mahmoud! 🇵🇸

Thank you so much for your continued trust and for your kind 5-star review! 🌟 It has always been a pleasure assisting you over the years — from your D2 Business Visa for one year to several C1 Tourist Visas. We truly appreciate loyal clients like you and are grateful for your confidence in our work.

At the moment, we unfortunately cannot proceed with your new application. Indonesian Immigration has placed a temporary hold on visa issuance for Palestinian passport holders, and all new visa submissions are paused until further notice. This is a global immigration policy update that affects all agencies equally.

You can always check the latest status and updates here:
https://flado.id/hold
(We update this page as soon as immigration releases new information.)

As soon as the hold is lifted, you will be able to apply again through our upgraded portal:
https://app.flado.id
— available 24/7 with instant submission and payment. ⚡💻

If you ever have questions or want to check the current situation, feel free to contact us anytime via WhatsApp or email — we are always here to help:

Email: visa@flado.id

Thank you again, Mahmoud, for your trust, loyalty, and such a positive review. 🇮🇩
We look forward to assisting you again as soon as it becomes possible.

Thank you so much for your great review, Eugenio! 🙏✨
We’re very happy to hear that everything went smoothly and that your C1 Tourist Visa was approved in just 7 days.

About the C1 Tourist Visa

The C1 is Indonesia’s official Tourist Visa, offering much longer flexibility compared to a Visa on Arrival. Key benefits include:

• Single-entry tourist visa
• Valid for 60 days upon arrival
• Can be extended twice, each time for another 60 days
• Total possible stay: 180 days (60 + 60 + 60)
• Perfect for long vacations, exploring Indonesia, or staying longer without immigration stress
• Fully online process — no need for embassy visits

Processing Time

C1 visas are typically issued within 5–7 working days, depending on immigration workload — we’re glad yours was approved right on time. ⚡️

Staying Even Longer

If you later decide to extend your stay beyond the tourist limit, we can help you transition to:

• D1/D2 Business Visa
• D12 Multiple-Entry Visa (up to 2 years)
• E33G Nomad KITAS
• Family KITAS (Dependent)
• Working or Investor KITAS

Whatever your plans in Indonesia, our team is always ready to assist. 🇮🇩🌴

Thank you again for recommending us — we truly appreciate it!
Warm regards from Flado Indonesia Visa Agency.

Thank you very much for your review, Arda! 🇹🇷🙏
We truly appreciate your trust in choosing Flado Indonesia Visa Agency for your D12 Pre-Investment Visa (2-year multiple entry).

We’re glad to hear that you experienced fast and helpful service. Even though a small detail in the visa draft needed correction, our team was pleased to fix it on the same day, ensuring your plans were not delayed. ⚡️

About Your D12 Pre-Investment Visa

The D12 Visa is one of Indonesia’s most flexible long-term business visas, ideal for investors and professionals preparing corporate or investment activities.

Key benefits:
• 2-year validity (multiple entry)
• Maximum stay per entry: 180 days
• Unlimited re-entries during validity
• Perfect for negotiations, business meetings, feasibility studies, and PMA preparation
• No requirement to immediately establish a company
• A strong first step if you later choose to proceed with an Investor KITAS

Immigration Guidelines (2025–2026)

For your planning, here are the relevant current rules:

• Maximum 180 days per entry
• Cannot earn income in Indonesia
• Not convertible to KITAS onshore — offshore conversion is required if transitioning
• Suitable for early-stage investors before forming a PT PMA

Next Steps You May Consider

If you decide to formalize your investment in Indonesia, we can assist you with:

• Investor KITAS E28A (1–2 years)
• Establishing a PT PMA https://flado.id/ptpma
• Bringing family members under a Dependent KITAS
• Long-term residency planning and tax guidance

Our team supports clients from first entry to full investment setup— professionally, transparently, and on time. 🇮🇩🤝

Thank you again, Arda, for choosing Flado Indonesia.
We look forward to assisting you in all your future visits and investment plans in Indonesia. 🌏✨
