Thank you so much, Tenzin, for your kind words!
We’re honored to have supported your application as a stateless individual under the 1954 Convention (Pasal 1) — using your Australian Immicard, Permanent Resident status, and Australian Travel Document to successfully obtain a C1 Sponsored Tourist Visa for Indonesia 🇮🇩
Cases like yours require precision and deep understanding of immigration law, and we’re proud to make legal travel possible for those without citizenship.
Wishing you a smooth and fulfilling stay in Indonesia!

Good experience. They are available all times, rational and clear to the point. I like that, compared to another agent who was all over the place. Just get things done in the best way possible, is what I feel.

Amazing Service for my B1 Visa Extension
Once I paid for the service (B1 visa extension), they were very responsive on WhatsApp and answered any questions I had. I was a bit worried about my original visa expiring before I got the extension and having to pay fines but they reassured me there would be no fines if the extension process had been started. Got my extension on the day of my old one expiring. Very happy customer. Would definitely reccomend this service. Very efficient! Please note they don’t work on weekends / public holidays, so this can slow the process a bit.

If you need a visa, you won't regret using Flado Indonesia
Super impressed with Flado Indonesia for their visa service. I used them to obtain my C6 Social Visa for volunteering in Borneo and right from the start they were excellent. Responded to WhatsApp messages almost immediately, very clear instructions, competitive price and more importantly I felt a sense of reassurance that they were professionals who knew what they were doing. They checked all my documents before I paid, the visa arrived bang on the expected time - I highly recommend them and would use again should I need such a service in the future. Thank you Flado Indonesia 🙏
