We have been using Flagship Media Group for Approx. 5 years now for SEO and backlink work. We have never had any issues with this company and they have always delivered on what they say they will do and more.
We have Dennis as our contact and he can't do enough for us and we always get a really good price.
The backlink visits from them are in the hundreds every month and makes a big difference to our site and contacts.
Courteous and quick response every time.
Thank you Flagship Media Group for the past few years, and i look forward to the next few.

They said they were the website designers associated with Google and could get my new site on the first page of Google. I am such a sucker for believing them. If you get a service like this big promises, run a mile! They created a site that was terrible to look at and I had to help them get it better. Then the email support takes a day to get a response.

When we were first contacted they we’re extremely helpful unfortunately this soon changed 2 days after building website I was informed that building the website would take 4-6 weeks and payment would be required then but 2 days later website and the bill was issued. Unfortunately at the time I couldn’t transfer the domain as I explained when they contacted me but they continued to chase us for the bill .

They felt it was acceptable to take us to small claims court so the bill went from £360 up to £680 if we continued with court we would have to attend the court in Ireland which personally I felt this was there strategy from day one. Personally I would avoid this company as all there interested in is making money out of small businesses.

Also when you settle the bill they can’t provide you with a receipt just have to take there word apparently. Avoid

Maeve was marvellous doing our website, worked with us the whole way, turned out just how we wanted. David in marketing is doing a grand job helping with our Google Business account and SEO Always available to talk to.
Any amendments we have asked for on the website have always been done in 24 hours. Highly recommended. Thank you Flagship!!

Do not go near this company. Contacted us through social media page that we already had 22 thousand followers on .Promised to get good ratings on Google persuaded us to get a web page even though we already had one .Made a web page without us seeing any of it .The best thing is the web page didn't even have the right company name on it !! Then they took us to court for not paying for it .We have had to pay just to get rid of them .Horrible experience waste of money .

Do not sign up with this company! You don’t get a written contract and it’s all verbal. And they don’t care about you at all, they say the contract is binding for 36 months but they brake the contact on numinous times. I keep making phone calls and emails about getting updates done but takes over 4 months to be achieved. You’re still paying a monthly fee but nothing getting done to your website. And you only get 15 minutes free work each month and can’t be carried over. I raised a complaint regarding this and has taken 6 phone called and 3 emails to finally get a rep once from the management which won’t meet you in the middle or help you. They demand you buy yourself out of the contract or you keep paying them then they hang up the phone to you. Awful customer service and no professionalism at all. Very rude and over talk you but ask they you don’t over talk them.

Very efficient company, nothing is too much trouble. Our website is working brilliantly with good reporting and no problem getting updates done.

Was contacted by the flagship team out of thr blue and asked if I was happy with my website. Turns out I wasn't. I'd been renting a website off of yell for quite sometime which was a complete was of time and money and brought absolutely no traffic whatsoever to my site. Our company was contacted on spec by Flagship Media. We were using Yell.com at the time, we were being charged for everything possible and paying through the nose yet receiving no return i.e., online website conversions.
After speaking with Paul Ciaran and the Flagship team they put our minds at ease and assured us we were now with the right company to help us on our progressive journey to improving our business.
