Impressum ist in Deutschland. Ich habe aber keinen Hinweis auf der Homepage entdeckt, dass direkt auch China versendet wird. Schade, dass die Arbeiten nicht in Europa erledigt werden. Zudem ist die Intransparenz ein no Go für mich. Zur Qualität der Ware kann ich nichts sagen, da die Ware sich wohl aktuell in Paris befindet und keine Ahnung wann die Hamburg erreicht…

Il mio ordine risultava consegnato sul loro sito. Ma non ho ricevuto nulla. Contattato il servizio clienti, dicevano che il corriere ha consegnato, ma non trovato il pacco. Per fortuna ho acquistato tramite PayPal che mi ha rimborsato la spesa.
Qualche giorno dopo un vicino di casa totalmente sconosciuto, mi ha portato il pacco.
Soldi restituiti, tutto ok. Il problema è stato creato dal corriere.
La maglietta è di buona fattura. Un bel regalo di natale per mio figlio

Excellent online experience, website easy to use to customise order, great updates on tracking as it was the christmas season and teashirts were gifts.I had a query when teashirts arrived which was addressed promptly by Roselyn. Very happy with the quality of the teashirts and they are true to size.

Have not received item and the delivery date given has passed. I will. now not have the item for Christmas and it was a present for someone. Do not trust their delivery time frames.

Qualité et rapidité malgré ma demande spéciale

Je commande un produit à la hâte.20 min après le paiement, je demande finalement l'annulation de ma commande, le produit n'allant finalement pas plaire pour Noel. On me dit que ma commande est impossible à annuler car elle est déjà en production, waouh 20 min après c'est fou, pire qu'en Chine!! Et on me dit que je ne pourrai pas être remboursée si je retourne le produit car il s'agit d'un produit personnalisé : pourtant lol ,concept de base du site qui pourtant expose une politique de retour et de remboursement si l'article n'est pas défectueux et dans son emballage d'origine. La start up devrait se poser des questions sur l'aspect perfectible de sa relation client! Et le droit de rétractation , on en parle?? Quand bien même le produit est de qualité, le client a le droit de changer d'avis il me semble! Et la moindre des choses est de trouver une solution avec l'interlocuteur avec bon sens. Je reprécise que j'ai demandé à annuler 20 min après le paiement, c'est abusé pour ne pas dire du vol. Dès que j'ai du temps je partagerai mon expérience sur Insta et TIKTOK. Réfléchissez bien avant de valider votre paiement!! la relation client c'est moyen!

The person that I ordered this for as a Christmas gift is 6ft 2 man and based off the site's guidance if you prefer a fitted look order true to size so I figured if I ordered large and this is a unisex sweatshirt a large would be fine. The sweatshirt arrived and the hardware by the drawstring was already off along with the sizing mentioned on the website is incorrect. I am 5ft 2 and the sleeves of the sweatshirt fit me perfectly. I emailed about the broken hardware (I sent a picture) and did mention the size issue. They offered to send me a replacement which I accepted. It arrived and this time around the hardware is missing completely and the drawstring for the hood is a different shade than the sweatshirt. I emailed once again with pictures asking to have the incorrect hoodies picked up and either replace with what is pictured or refund my money. It took many emails from me to get a response and they have told me that they cannot refund my money or send a replacement. This has been going on since the middle of October. Very disappointed and will never order from this site ever again. All this effort at the middle of October for a personalized Christmas gift to have nothing to give at the beginning of December - Thanks a lot

I had a problem finding and receiving my order. I sent a few mails to the company, and always received a quick and useful response. They helped me finding a solution and solved the problem. I can definitely recommend the company

I ordered the Reitertasche for my riding safari in Africa and kept my fingers crossed, it arrives in time. Yes, very quick delivery to Finland, but then the local mail company failed to inform me about the arrival of the package. With Reitertasche Support team, I got the tracking number and after several mails back and forth, I got code to pick up the package, in time, before it was sent back. Thanks to Reitertasche support, the problem was solved.
The Reitertasche will be tested next week on my riding safari in South-Africa and Zimbabwe.
