A beautiful quality fireplace !
The fireplace I had my eye on for quite a while before I ordered it , did not disappoint! It’s lovely. On assembling it we ran into a couple of things we weren’t quite sure about but a phone call to them soon solved it.
Good communication with them, delivery no problems and a very happy customer!

Exceptional customer service
We fell in love with the Acantha Aspen 50 fireplace and made an order with Flame Crafters. Imagine our disappointment when Acantha would not deliver to our postcode as we were too far away in Kent! Dan from Flame Crafters stepped in and found a solution for us and we picked up the fireplace from a warehouse yesterday where he had arranged delivery to. Admittedly it was in Dorset but we didn't mind the drive to get the fireplace we really wanted. Dan was a superstar from start to finish and such a nice guy to do business with. I would thoroughly recommend this company knowing they will give you tremendous customer service.

Exceptional service from Flame…
Exceptional service from Flame Crafters. Dan the owner of the company (family business!) was professional, reliable, and clearly very knowledgeable. Originally, the idea of putting in the fireplace wasn't straightforward and I was confused at times but he kept reassuring me and guide me throughout giving me multiple choice options. ACR SEREN 130 is a fantastic fireplace recommendation with real LCD not LED screen giving a real effect fireplace and there is extra bonus of crackling sound. The performance of the fireplace is simply remarkable. I adore and love how I was able to adjust how it looked inside. Dan communicated clearly throughout and took the time to explain everything, which gave me real confidence in the above product . Highly recommended!!!

Flame Crafters 5*
Ordering fire suite was simple
Delivery date quoted was the day it was delivered. It was a marble suite which was packed securely in a wooden crate. The quality of the unit was excellent and easy to install and definitely takes two people.
The finished article is a beautiful addition to my home.
I would totally recommend Flame Crafters for a 5* rating.

Easy and fulfilling online purchasing experience with very good support when arranging delivery. Delivery in good time and handled sensitively to the door. Electric Stove is exactly what we'd hoped it would be and is an excellent addition to our fireplace. A mark of a good company
A mark of a good company such as this is good communication. Genuine and honest response if or when there is an issue . (I didn't have any issues with the product but there was some confusion over the dimensions which was quickly resolved ). Delivery was prompt and the product good. I would definitely use this company again.

We have an Acantha Arona from Flamecrafters and this is my second review as the suite is now installed and working - very pleased. The whole experience from order to final installation was supported by Dan.
