Its an very good app , i appreciate that , but ive seen some issues with the AI voices that narrates the book , especially in romanian language. Also , it will be nice if you can make the subscription cancellation more easily to do . Thank you very much for the free experience , i hope my feedback will help you

Everything is great. It’s a very good and pleasant company.

I signed up for the free trial and, after taking some time to think about it, I realized that a yearly subscription isn't the right choice for me at this moment. This was purely a personal decision based on my current priorities and budget, not because of the app itself.

Flashbook looks like a very well-designed and promising app, and I genuinely enjoyed the experience while trying it.

What impressed me the most, however, was the customer support. I contacted the team immediately after the subscription charge, and within just a few hours they responded, cancelled my subscription, and processed my refund without any hassle or unnecessary questions. The refund reached my bank account very quickly.

Professional, kind, and customer-focused support is becoming increasingly rare these days, and your team truly deserves recognition for it.

I love Flashbook! I’ve been using it for almost a year now. It’s so great for quickly getting information from self-help books that I don’t have the time to dedicate a full read to… Quite nice! And also great customer service, in my native language as well.

Folosesc această aplicație de ceva timp și sunt foarte mulțumită. Este ușor de utilizat, funcționează rapid și are o interfață intuitivă. Mi-a fost de mare ajutor și nu am întâmpinat probleme în utilizare. O recomand cu încredere tuturor celor care caută o aplicație eficientă și bine realizată. Felicitări dezvoltatorilor!

Вибір книг цілком відповідає тому, що подавалось у рекламі, і в цілому застосунок зручний, але розчарувала якісь озвучки у аудіо форматі. Абсолютно монотонний голос штучного інтелекту, який не звертає уваги на суть речення, суха інтонація, слухати не зручно. Якщо ви обираєте режим читання, то там все супер зручно!

Μου αρέσει η εφαρμογή, μπορω να ακουω ενα βιβλίο οδηγώντας για τη δουλειά η σε νεκρό χρόνο. Δε χρειάζεται να διαβάσω όλο το βιβλίο αλλα την ανάλυση. Τέλειο

I would like to file a serious complaint regarding my subscription to the Flashbook application. From the very beginning after subscribing, I have never been able to open or use the app at all, despite paying for a full yearly subscription.

I have been patient for several months and contacted customer support many times, but unfortunately there has been no real attention, response, or solution to my issue. Being ignored after paying for a service that I cannot even access is completely unacceptable.

I paid for this subscription in good faith, yet I lost my money without receiving the service I was promised. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue properly and fairly.
