I got an email to say Ive been given "...£100 to help this Christmas go with a BANG" only to find out, that I haven't been "given" anything.

In reality, I was asked to "subscribe" but no fees were mentioned clearly, just really small print, at the very bottom of the page.

The so-called "£100 credit" is not £100 "credit" at all since no credit check is carried out. You are only offered £40 on your first order "to foster trust" and even then, you dont get your order until youve paid for it, so how is that "credit"? It isnt!! How are we fostering trust if we pay for it before we receive it? We are the ones giving them money before we get anything!!!

Plus, you have to pay a £9.99 fee to join, and then you get billed another £4.99 and then you have to pay the £40 before the order is shipped. So youll pay £55 for an already over valued shopping basket, plus you dont get any credit at all. The reality is, its a pay up front "service" where they get full payment plus fees for your shopping which you could of got ALL for £15 at Lidls. Its a scam to profit from Covid 19 by a corporate jumping on the "home shopping and delivery" bandwagon. Before it was pay day loans, and rip off up front £75 a WEEK phone contracts, and now its the home shopping rip off bubble.

If you want to get cheap shopping before paying for it, Flava will NOT provide that. Youll pay way too much before youll ever see any shopping... and ALL UPFRONT.

The sly way in which they email you "trying to help" is an absolute load of twaddle, they are only trying to help themselves get rich by ripping you off.

Absolute rubbish. Even though I cancelled my subscription ...still took £14.99 from my bank 3 weeks after having cancelled. and still awaiting my refund from them even though someone from their customer service said it would be 3 days.Suppose they could make a lot of money from subscriptions being took and the groceries on the site are crap.

For £30 of shopping has cost me £40 after I had cancelled my subscription. I’m trying to get hold of them by phone but get please leave a message and no mention of flava at the start

Just been in contact with my bank about payments that have been taken from my account by FLAVA BENEFITS and YES..I was informed they had been taking money for quite some time.
Eventually managed to speak to FLAVA who did NOTHING but make me feel as though,I was OWE them..
Anyone reading this AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!

What happened with the stuff there ??is so rude she didn't listened what my problem was and she say if she can speak ..my English is not so good so must to listen what I have to say they still take money from my accont and my payment was end...I don't recommend

Spoke to a college about money going out to the bank to this company they told me they would refund the last payment and then close my account down with them. Was advised to email customer services with regards to getting the rest of the money back that they have taken out of my account. Phoned back up today and spoke to Devon he said that they would not be refunding any money to me and also when I asked about how to leave a review said that all reviews will be looked at and sent to him to respond or get it removed. This is a honest review day away from this rip off company that has no customer service skills what so ever.

Stay well away, registered with them 2 weeks ago when I was struggling, thought they were a good idea until I woke up this morning with a failed direct debit of £9.99 from flava. I have never ordered anything with them and they are trying to take money. Scam scam scam stay well away

I have never purchased a thing from this place only set up an account. I’ve woken up today to £9.99 Flava subs taken from my bank account!! My account doesn’t exists when I try to log in to cancel anything to do with this and I’ve been robbed for nothing. I’m literally spammed via messages and emails on a daily basis and the only reason I signed up was to see what it was about whilst I was struggling a few weeks ago. I’ve bought nothing and ended up worse off than I was before because of this stupid thing. I want my account cancelled and my money back ASAP as this is a scam.

If I could I'd score them nothing. Subscribed out if curiosity and never used it so I cancled and they just seem to of helped themselves to my money 30 quid worth not even in a month. And when questioned they wont return it. avoid them.

This company has taken £9.99 out my account this morning for a service they have not provided! I have never ordered with them as the goods are triple that in some cases of the supermarket and so decided to leave it. Except today they have taken the money of which is now being refunded by my bank (which btw sent out a new debit card for me last week as they thought my card had been compromised which has become abundantly clear now i've seen this joke of a company in action!) DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS! Raise it with your bank immediately as they are gaining a reputation and need to be investigated just like fabletics were for their misleading of people for a subscription service

I never signed up for emails...yet got them daily, had a look and found it is a monthly subscription service...for supposedly cheap food... So in the end you do not save anything.

A scam...they just want your money. Stay clear and use known places that don't charge you...

Placed an order but then cancelled it as it’s just far to expensive and no choice they took 9.99 for delivery out of my bank for an order that was cancelled... I had to contact my bank who had to then claim it back... for flava to then take another 9.99 out my bank under flava benefit name which I find extremely sneaky for my bank to then stop this payment and claim it back again my bank are dealing with it as fraud now and investigating... honestly people stay clear deffo a scam...

I told them to stop emailing me and they still send me lots of junk every day! Is expensive, hardly anything worth it any attention . Avoid !!!

Absolutely awful. Avoid! So expensive. Customer service is appalling. It took me three weeks to get a response regarding a refund, and I still haven't got it!

I signed up with Flava but after seeing what they had to offer and how expensive it was I decided not to use them. I tried to cancel my account but there isn't an option to cancel on their website so I just left it only to now find out that I have been charged £9.99!! Even though they clearly state on their website ' no hidden fees or extra charges'.

I contacted them immediately and asked for a refund and to cancel my account. I'm still waiting for a response.

What I don't understand is how they got my bank details in the first place when I never enter any details in unless I am 100% purchasing something online!.

I will be contacting the fraud department in my bank to let them know, so hopefully we can stop any further unauthorised transactions.
