I brought a Flavel gas fire 🔥 in Nov 2022 and apart from the fire failing I have had problems with the guy who fitted it he was a gas engineer who was working at the gas company so I thought it safe to use him.
It’s failed twice now both times was identical with the top containing the glass came out at the top leaving no pilot light and the fire 🔥 going off and it was too hot to use I am alone a widow 72.5yrs old

Incredibly difficult to light, can take me ten minutes.
Not what I expected from a brand-new fire that's supposedly easy.
Nice and warm once lit, but I dread lighting it every morning.

Clean the crome handles to the doors and it flakes off!!!  Ovens need cleaning we spent £700 on this item and all the chrome on all the handles is flaking off! The stupid little protections above the oven are broken so you cannot protect the screws to the item! Extremely unbelievably disappointed in this product, do not buy it if you want a decent oven do not use this company. I know £700 isn’t an awful lot of money but it is for some people you need to sort out your handles. Are your pathetic little plastic protections?

I bought this flavel gas cooker with grill about 3 months ago but I am disappointed with it. My old cooker was better. It is a basic cooker. I cant pull out the grill to clean it. The oven is small so I had to buy smaller oven trays. And to turn it on takes a long time I have to hold the buttons for a long time. The settings (numbers) don't even work so I have to guess how long I can leave the food to fully cook. Very disappointed.

Contacted Flavel for operating info re our club's Flavel Milano 100 - MLN10CR cooker - totally pathetic service. After being advised to press God knows how many numbers and being put through what seemed to be all the company's departments, the line went dead! Plus, I couldn't interpret most of the responses from the "advisors." Bloody useless.

1. No clock/timer
2. No lights to prompt on/off status
3. Temp markings on knobs for ovens go 75-100-150-200-Max. So you have to guess/estimate for others e.g. 180/190/220. Imprecise
4. Knobs for hobs increase in anti-clockwise rotation!
5. Variable performance with over/undercooking

Absolutely disgusting company. Bought a cooker less than 7 days ago, a small amount of water splashed onto the cooker top and has completely stained it! They are saying I was negligent and therefore I won’t be getting a repair or refund. The item is not fit for purpose if you can’t even have a small amount of water on the top without ruining it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Previously wrote a review on my Flavel cooker, mainly annoyed that after 3 lengthy phone calls/chat to there customer services which had been ongoing since early September I'd still not received a grill rack.
So I wrote to there Flavel Greenhill address however the letter must have crossed over at the same time of delivery of my grill pan & rack 5/11/2025
I did receive a lovely e-mail from Beko/Flavel customer services asking had I received my item which has helped to restore my faith in this company. The only problem is I have now received another grill pan & rack yesterday 20/11/2025 while I was out so will now have to return it. I'm just hoping they don't deliver a 3rd one.
I've still knocked one star off due to the lengthy conversations over the telephone.
Credit where Credit due I have received a new grill pan & rack.
A good customer service is so important.

I purchased a Flavel range oven in Jan 2025 via Currys they fitted the oven but the top all blew out,they took the oven away and left me with nothing to tell me I had to wait a couple of weeks,I went out and purchased a double electric type hob from argos & and a ninja air fryer as we are a family of 4 adults.Received a new oven the next friday the march the main oven door won't close properly,so they arranged an engineer visit he took 10 mins and told me it was the hinges,this lasted a couple more months so I had another engineer visit he told me it was the hinges but the only problem to replace them it takes a long time and to order the hinges would have to wait as long,bit gobbed smacked,they sent a email to tell me the engineers report said he thinks they may be okay but if problem keeps on they would order parts we are now talking september,I have made endless phone calls & chats to got nowhere,I then got intouch to file a complaint against the company 15th oct I was then told that I would be called they apparently I had a couple of unknown calls to be told it was them,I then called on the 21st oct & told them about all what had gone on for her to tell me the parts would be ordered then & there & I would get an email to book an engineer still waiting,this company is a disgrace the time & all the calls us as a customer are just hitting our head against a brick wall but I will keep on & on until I can actually use my oven.

moved into a flat with Flavel E50 oven, main oven was so loud I worried about the neighbours. top grill didn't even heat up enough to melt cheese. Reported to landlord who annoyingly bought the same model again brand new for £350 and it has the exact same problems. I hadn't used the grill until today so think it's out of warranty. Soon after the first oven was replaced my rent went up, likely due to expenses that year. I am very unhappy but I am now scared to report the exact same problem to my landlord again.

This was the worst cooker ever! I only purchased 2.5 years ago and I need it replaced! With the first clean you could notice the silver paint coming off!! Now the bottom oven won't heat over 100 degrees Celsius and the top oven no lower than 250 degrees Celsius!! It may seem good value at the time but it doesn't last!!

I purchased a Flavel Milano cooker 11 months ago .
I choose the cooker because of its smart appearance and knew it would complement my kitchen units beautifully.
However even after a couple of months the front of cooker where the control panel is started showing signs of discolouration. This has got steadily worse every week and now the cooker looks awful and nothing like a cooker of 11 months old .
I am so disappointed with the product.
Today I rang Flavel customer services to ask what they advise ? Only wanted to know if they could recommend some sort of paint I could apply to improve the appearance of the cooler and cover up the discolouration.
The person I spoke to was completely unhelpful and said it wasn’t their problem and that I had probably used the wrong cleaning product on it ?!
I explained that I purchased a cleaning spray from Curry’s when I bought the cooker , that the salesman recommended!
She said she couldn’t help I would have to contact Curry’s to get advice .
I did this and was told it wasn’t their responsibility and I should contact Flavel . Appalling customer service .
Will never buy a Flavel product ever again .

My partner in the first 2 weeks could tell you how awful it was hes had it replaced its the worst oven ever he feels like taking it back to the shop every time he uses it it takes forever to cook anything too

These appliances are possibly the worst on the market we had These fitted with the kitchen as the fitter said they are good ,well there not !!!!!! Not by a long shot. Double oven ,fridge freezer i wouldn't give them to charity, poor in every way

We have this Flavel Milano 100 MLN10FR for over a year and honestly everytime we use it I regret the purchase.The only thing positive I can say is it looks good.
The fan oven is the lower oven which doesn't make sense seeing as it would be used more often.The time it takes to cook anything is way longer than what would be expected and there is a cooling fan that stays on when you turn off your oven and sit down to eat what you've been waiting all night for that is loud and irritating and did I mention the small size of the oven we had to replace all our trays for smaller ones due to its reduced internal dimensions.A lesson learned do a bit of research before purchasing.

BOUGHT NEW FLAVEL COOKER MLB7CDS FROM CURRYS ON 2 DECEMBER 2025. SO FAR WORKING OK BUT BAD DESIGN FAULT IN THAT IF YOU HAVE GRILL FLAP DOWN YOU CANNOT OPEN OR CLOSE OVEN DOOR. ALSO WHEN GRILL FLAP IS DOWN IT HAS VERY SHARP METAL EDGE ( I HAVE THE SCARS TO PROVE IT!). LUCKILY I DO NOT HAVE SMALL CHILDREN AS THIS IS EYE HEIGHT FOR A TODDLER. CURRYS IS COMPLICIT FOR SELLING FLAVEL WHICH HAS SO MANY BAD REVIEWS

I bought a Flavel Range cooker back in August from Currys on-line. Two weeks ago the grill element wouldn't heat up properly and the fan was making a terrible noise. Since then lve made countless calls to Flavel only to be placed on hold for over 15 minutes each time and then, cut off. Ive tried submitting request for repairs through their website, only to get no response. Ive even tried their on-line chat (which stated l was number 1 in a queue) and no one responds. It's still under warranty, which was registered on the day Currys installed it yet, Currys also seem to want to take no responsibility. I also took out a Domestic & General policy for repairs but, they won't repair it because it's not been accidentally damaged and they have stated they will not repair it because it's under warranty. So, what the hell am l paying them for. Moral of the story. DO NOT BUY A FLAVEL, DON'T BOTHER WITH DOMESTIC AND GENERAL AND, DON'T BUY FROM CURRYS. I reckon they're all in it together

I have had my flavel Milano e60 electric cooker for about 3 years which I have not used for half of that after 4 months of me buying it the paint started peeling off around the top edges when I complained they blamed it on my detergent. Would not replace the cooker but did replace only the top and now it is 10 times worse and the paint is coming off and rusting all over wish I could put a photo of it on here. Gave up complaining a long time ago because it is difficult trying to contact anyone from flavel. The reason for my review now is because I went to buy a new cooker today and couldn’t believe they are still selling the exact cooker they had 2 on display on the shop floor FLAVEL MILANO E60 SILVER.ml61cds.

We got a Flavel Milano e60 brand new in 2011. Within months the paint started to peel off, the glass top is so marked that it looks like someone's taken a cheese grater to it. The door seals are stuck on with pva glue I swear! I have just purchased the 4th replacement heating element and now when you go to turn the oven on it trips the electrics downstairs. And don't get me started on the glass doors, impossible to clean!! I would not recommend getting a Flavel oven, after a year it looks like you've owned it for 20 years. After reading the reviews it seems like most of their appliances are pretty poorly made.

Horrendous customer service.
Very long telephone wait times with loud repetitive advertising saying how good they are - then they cut you off and you have to start all over again.
If I had a 20 foot bargepole I still wouldn't touch them. Avoid!
