Tried to place an order over 2days somthing was down due to maestro payed in the end using someone’s visa, expected late delivery due to Easter weekend no problem received an email from DHL saying they have my parcel and will deliver on the 20th-nothingthen the 21st-nothing, then the 22nd-still nothing not showing up on tracking information that it’s out for delivery just they have my parcel rang DHL today to be told courier tried to deliver on the 19th but couldn’t gain access to property, now I’m not being funny it’s not as if I live on a cloud or there’s an invisible force field around my house so I can’t imagine why said courier didn’t walk up my drive and knock my door all I can imagine is he’s never been to my house and now I’m having to wait over 7 days for delivery that’s even if it turns up at all I’ve ordered loads before and never had this problem before it just so happens I’m low on liquid and cash so can’t even buy from anywhere else till my order finally turns up

Alles perfekt. Auch nach dem Brexit. Lieferung hat natürlich gedauert, weil der Zoll unbedingt das Paket öffnen wollte. Gott sei Dank hat F-B alle Sicherheitsdatenblätter in deutscher Sprache beigelegt. Somit konnte alles abgewickelt werden und der Zoll hat meine Sendung freigegeben. DANKE FLAVOUR BOSS 💪

Great customer service from these guys. My order arrived quickly but leaked. I got straight on the phone and a replacement bottle was sent out no questions asked. P.s the juice is always on point too!

Everything is great but buying on the website is a bit of a pain with not having a continue shopping button after you have added something to the basket

Juice Concentrate was good however the delivery was bad from UPS I ended up having to go and pick it up from a designated drop off point and UPS hasn’t even came to my door as it is monitored with Camera
