Paid for a will finding service which gave an SLA of 48 hours to get back to me. 48 hours later, when calling for an update, I have been advised by the company there is only one person who deals with these cases and he is off sick. No communication or alternatives offered. I am now awaiting a refund as I have had to use a different service instead

They say they are are a Heir Hunting company so you get a letter they haven't found anything apart from a house that has been bequested to you and then try and low ball you with a shit offer this is a shitty estate agent in disguise beware disgusting

I had the pleasure of a lovely lady Grace who was dealing with an inheritance matter. Grace kept me upto date with everything,answered any questions I had,nothing was a bother for Grace,replied to my emails straight away and the best bit...Grace did a wonderful family tree for me! If you ever need help with Inheritance matters this is the company you need! Thank you for everything.

I was contacted by Fleetwood Heir Hunting as a potential beneficiary of an estate for which there appeared to be no will. Potential beneficiaries were a number of cousins of equal 'status'.
I interfaced with Elliot Lee and Grace Curley by telephone, and Carol Wyatt during a visit to my home.
Every contact was positive and courteous.
I have acted as an executor for three estates, finding the burden of lost, loved relatives to be upsetting - as a potential Administrator for the current estate, I was pleased that FHH had arranged another cousin to perform that duty. I was perfectly agreeable to FHH charging a fee for actioning the ongoing details - that fee was agreed with Elliot without problem or pressure at all.
Grace was the case officer, and contact with her was outstandingly pleasant, with her answering any question I asked.
In the event, a valid will was eventually discovered - outwith the control of FHH. This closed the case but left me with pleasant feelings for Grace, and for the team in general!
I will be tickled pink, when that will receives a Grant of Probate and passes into the public domain - who is the executor/executrix and who is/are the lucky beneficiary/beneficiaries!!

These people prey of grieving families. My son received a letter from them asking if I would make contact with them. I did so, their representative Grace was very cagey and would not give me any information. She asked for my address and email address initially and then emailed asking details of my parents and siblings to which I replied. The next day she emailed to say she had a couple of questions for me and asked for my contact telephone number which I provided. I supplied the information because I was obviously curious of who I knew had passed away. During the conversation Grace advised me that the case was now being closed. To cut a long story short a close relative sadly passed away on 16th December 2025 and on the 12th January my son received the aforementioned letter from them. Unscrupulous, callous and despicable do not go near to describe this outfit.
This business is disgusting, opportunistically going through, I can only imagine, records of deaths and then trying to get control of wills in order to earn commission. Words fail me, I presume they are not regulated. They have no morals or standards, they are “hearse chasers” out to make a profit from other people’s grief and devastation.

Having tried myself to produce our Family Tree and discovering that it's not as simple as it seems I contacted Grace at FHH and asked her to take over the task.
Grace was brilliant from the start and has managed to present us with our Family Tree which we are delighted with.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending FHH and Grace in particular.

We are beyond grateful to Elliot and the Team and Fleetwood Heir Hunting. We lost a dear friend who didn't leave a will, we tried and couldn't find his family. Time was of the essence as paperwork needed to be done, Elliots team found them within a week and we were able to pass over his estate to his sister. We cannot recommend them enough, if you are looking for lost family, they are the company for you. We will be back in touch for will writing services!

I just filled out details on their Willfinda.co.U.K. Site and believed it to be a genuine site for locating wills. I received an email by this Fleetwood Heir Hunting company, which appears to use the Willfinda as a cover for its heir hunting company. Also when I paid they appeared to have details of my mobile and debit card via Stripe link, which I never disclosed to them. What is going on..?

Fleetwood received some of my important documents by mistake and contacted me then re-posted them back to me 1st class. This was so appreciated and I am very thankful. Great company X K Rees.

Was approached by Fleetwood 18mths ago, signed all paperwork and get told same thing every time I phone, they apparently phone up daily to chase up. Give us no information at all DO NOT USE
