Absolutely awful experience, I ordered 4 dresses for an event, they took months to arrive, I emailed several times trying to cancel the order as the event had been and gone before they’d been delivered- they declined. When my order arrived I didn’t even open or try on the items as I didn't need them anymore. I then had such difficulty trying to get contact over email to return the items to which I was told it’d cost me to return them as they were sale items- I did not see this stated anywhere. I was offered different percentages of my refund instead of returning the dresses (I now doubt they’d of even of give me the percentage of my refund as this was probably part of their scam) but I wanted a full refund so I returned the dresses and paid over £30. I then received an email weeks later saying my return has been received but they can’t refund me as they’ve been “tampered with” which as I stated I never opened the parcel. I am currently still going back and forth with the company and still awaiting my refund of over £100. Far from acceptable and from looking at other reviews this company appears to be a scam!! Worst experience shopping ever.

My sister bought three dresses that were too big for her and returned them 3 months ago. She has never received the refund money and they refuse they have received it back when they have. She now has no dresses and no refund.

I ordered a few items on April 20 2025

Firstly one of the items they said was not in stock even though I was able to order and pay for it , I did receive a refund

The second lot of items I have not received and it is now 4 months later absolutely disgusted, I have been pushed from pillar to post and require a full refund which I have asked for many times but have not received
Do not spend your money with this inept company who have stolen my money , the items I had saved up for a special occasion which has now passed , I will implore you not to trust their online system and indeed for them even to deliver your items

ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT BUY

Cheap tacky and fake versions of their advertised items, shipped from CHINA - it is not a London brand like the name suggests. They also steal other websites and brands images to advertise. Would give 0 stars if i could - the clothes were a load of S**T. Please save yourself the time and money and do not buy.

Purchased two dresses. One never arrived and still have not received a refund. It’s been a month.

They will reply to emails with a copy & paste statement. But never follow up on the help they are supposedly offering.

SCAM WEBSITE, order has been processing for 2 weeks,I’ve emailed them twice about cancelling my order after seeing that they used pictures and videos from Oh polly and received no reply!!

If I could leave zero review I would. After over a month of asking where my order was they finally sent out a dress.... not the dress I ordered, a very cheap alternative. Definitely scammers - do not order from them

Terrible! I had confirmation to return 3 items and when I sent it they said it’s past the 14 day period. This should have been communicated. Scammers!

I placed an order for a dress on April 9th, and as of today—nearly two months later—I still haven’t received it. After chasing the company multiple times, the last update I received was on May 7th, stating my order was being processed in the warehouse and would be shipped shortly. Prior to that, on May 6th, I was told there would be a 14–20 working day delay, instead of the 3–5 days advertised when I placed the order.
It’s now far past that extended timeframe, and I’ve received no further communication or tracking info. After checking other customer reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone—many others report similar delays, lack of communication, and unfulfilled orders.
This experience has left me frustrated and completely lacking in trust for this company. I’ve now had to request a full refund and will be escalating further if necessary. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company.

Terrible clothing! Nothing like what is advertised on the website, said I could return but it will cost as much as the dress cost to buy, scam site as states Flesaro London when they are in china and is just ripping off pictures from what I can tell, save yourself the aggravation and don’t bother!

Really slow delivery and when the clothes arrived they looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. Really low quality and sized wrong. I requested a refund and they advised that I'd either have to pay to send the products back to their warehouse in China or they could just give me a 15% refund. Scam site. Don't buy.

If I could rate them zero stars I would.
They have used an image from another company to sell their item and when it eventually arrived it was nothing like the image and was just cheaply made rubbish which was also damaged. When I c texted them to ask for a refund they advised I would have to pay to return the item. Despite the fact it was faulty, not to mention the false advertising. Do not buy from this shower of crooks!

I ordered a shell look skirt for my hen do. They emailed me to let me know due to high demand the skirt would arrive later than expected. Which I was fine about. I realised at that moment that I was being sent a totally difference size than I had ordered. I knew I ordered the correct size as I checked the size guide before. I responded to let them know and they kindly agreed to send me the correct size, that this was a processing error. I received my skirt 2 weeks later in the original incorrect size XS (which wouldn’t even fit on a 10 year old girl) the skirt also was horrendous quality and looked nothing like the advertisement which popped up originally on instagram. I have emailed then twice since receiving the delivery and have had no response for 10 days, which now makes it too late to return anyway. Absolute scammers!!

Scam! The product are from china and quality is really bad.

Really poor quality items.
Went to arrange a return from UK to be told I needed to cover international shipping costs back to Asia.
Essentially I have two items that are going straight to the charity shop. 😒

I bought the ADISSON Matching Set and when first trying it on was happy with the purchase. As the day wore on I noticed the trousers getting bigger and stretching out to the point that I was holding them up with my hands come the end of the day. I immediately emailed Flesaro requesting a return and was duly notified by one of their representatives that a return will be at my cost, kindly pointing out that postage is extremely expensive to Asia. The alternative offered was a 15% refund of my £34.95 purchase which is unwearable. Before ordered I was encouraged by Flesaro's 14day no quibble return policy. This is completely false.

Stay away is my best advice.

Bought a dress here, was 10/10
