Purchase a sleep pillow, because its not suitable they are telling me it will be expensive to return with postage and import tax and I wont get much back because of cost of returning. As a pensioner losing £75 is a lot of money.

To return a £76 pillow it will cost me £42 postage and they state they will take more off if they are not happy with condition on return.

Be wary of the returns and how they are trying to put you off returning.plus the cost you have to return it to china not UK although they have a .co.uk uk email

3 emails no reply???? Tactical to get you to give up.

I would recommend getting the refund policy in writing before purchasing!!

I purchased their mini massage gun on their website which should have been delivered within 3-7 days days. It arrived after 10 days which is after the birthday I ordered it for. The massage gun is advertised as coming with 5 different heads and to have 6 speed levels. Only 3 different heads were in the packaging. The 6 speed levels change the vibration frequency but only until the gun is used as pushing it against the skin increases the speed invariably to the always same high frequency mich makes the speed adjustment useless. I am trying to return the massage gun because of a lack of advertised characteristics but they have only offered replacement so far. Interestingly, they show a picture of a 4.5 star Trustpilot review on their website even though the flexbycare.uk website was not even registered on Trustpilot before I added it through this review. Essentially, it’s a bad product and a site that is not trustworthy.
