Complete scam
Tried to subscribe me to a charge of 150$ usd a month for a 10$ knee support band
Extremely pathetic
Their email and website is out of commission as they assured me I’d get a refund and said the membership was something I over looked

If there was a no star rating that's exactly what they get, I would like to think that I was smarter than this but here I am swindled and nowhere to go. I've always been suspect of ordering things online and this just enforce the reason why I hate doing it and will not do it. Is there anything we can do to get our money back?

This is a scam. I never received the product, and there were multiple unauthorized charges on my account ($19.98, $49.99, and $147.99). Do not purchase.

Please do not order from this site. It is a total fraud. They signed you up for a subscription when you think you are ordering a product and then they send you many emails saying that they’re going to credit you your money and they never give it back total rip off.

Do not buy from this company they took my money for the knee strap and I never received it.
Customer service send the same response every time I ask about it.
I have now cancelled my card to stop them taking any more from me, even though they told me I had no subscription with them. This is a scam don’t fall for it!
Tracking doesn’t work and probably the knee strap wouldn’t have either!!!

They are a scam! Don't buy from them! I should have known $9.99 was too cheap for knee brace supports but I was fine trying them for 10 bucks.
But then the company immediately charged me $49.99 for a "membership" and then another $149.99 for "subscription", neither of which I knew about.
The website is now flagged as unsafe by my internet browser so I can't get on it or I would show you print screens of their deceptive practice of putting, in teeny tiny text, way BELOW/PAST the "add to cart" button these hidden charges.
AND, I never even received the knee straps! If you also got scammed, pls post a review to help others and of course notify your credit card company asap to file a dispute.

Absolutely horrible. This is the email I received back from them. They never disclosed a membership when purchasing the product, this was after the fact when I checked my checking account and they took $149.99 from me. I am still waiting for a refund (April 6th now) which is apparent that I will never receive. I have been trying to email them to find out when and where it is and now my emails are being rejected. DO NOT PURCHASE! COMPLETE SCAM.

Thiefs .....same story as the others. $9.99,$49.99 and $149.99. disputed with my bank.

Buyer Beware! I placed an order and never received the product. I check my credit card statement and noticed I was charged $49 and 149.99. I reached out and a customer service representative responded saying that I would receive a refund in 2-3 days. This never occurred I have subsequently tried reaching out without any success.

No stars! I, too, was charged $14.99, then $149.99, then $49.99. No company exists when I tried to contact them. Report them asap!

This is a complete scam. I never received the knee wrap I ordered, yet $50 was charged to my account without authorization. The company refuses to respond or take responsibility. Do not buy from them—they are scammers.

They deserve 0 stars. They are a SCAM!!! Just like others, I ordered 2 knee straps, was charged the $19.98 originally. Then a few days later hit with a 49.99 and 149.99 charge. I emailed them, they said they are refunding me. I never got the refund and now their website is gone and they aren't answering their emails. Don't buy from them if they popup again with a different website. If you do, you will have to go through the headache of disputing the charges like the rest of us.

I didn't authorize any purchases how they got my information and they changed me 149.99, 49.99 and 14.99. Sent a email they responded and they said they would reimburse me. 7-10 day and after day 15 they still have not and now the email doesn't work. POS

This is a scam, do not purchase!! I’ve unsuccessfully tried to contact Flexwrap numerous times to follow up on my order which has never arrived. I was charged the purchase price and a week later another charge was made followed by two more larger amounts a few days apart. I’ve had to cancel my bank card and in the process of disputing. So frustrating.

Absolute scammers , never use this company

I ordered the Flexwrap on 3/6/26 and never received it. I was also charged $49.99 for a "subscription" that I never signed up for. They responded when I wrote them about this a few weeks ago and stopped the subscription and refunded the $49.99. It looked like it was being sent from China. Now, nobody is responding and when I click on the GoFlexwrap link, I get it a Go Daddy ad saying that the domain name is for sale.

Do not purchase from this co. Not only is the product subpar, they have very sketchy business processes and dupe you into their "subscription" (for what??!!). The product cost $29.99 and a day later they charged me $99.98 and a day after that, they charged me $299.98. I contacted them immediately and they said they would refund it. 10 business days later, nothing. And now they don't respond. Terrible scam.

Order the product never received the product.And I was charged for membership fee $49 and $149. Send an email.Got a very nice email back telling me they're sorry, I didn't read all the details and they would credit.My account while that never happened and I never received the product. Fortunately, I go through discover and they handle everything for me

Wish I could rate 0. They are a scam. Never received my patella bands and their website doesn't work to track the order or contact anyone. Then looked at my account and just like others, they made fraudulent charges to my account two more times. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
