I ordered these new golf tees
I ordered these new golf tees, 2 boxes, on the 15th July. Its now the 29th & still have not received them.
I'm starting to wonder if it was a scam. I would like an Answer on why they have not been Delivered, if that's possible please.

Michael, upon checking our system, it looks like you placed 2 separate orders, one on May 11th for 2 markers (1 Red & 1 Green) for $35.98which was delivered on May 28th, and the other on June 23rd (1 Red Marker) which was delivered on July 7th. Your second order was for $25.98. $19.99 for a marker and $5.99 for shipping.

Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service! I received an email solicitation offering a sale price on 5 boxes of tees. I couldn't get the advertised sale price to work when attempting to order online. I had to contact Customer Service and with their assistance we got the order to process for the advertised price.

What a great Innovative Item
Last year, we saw the advertisement regarding these unique golf tees, ordered a supply and gave them to our golf participants. We soon realized they were a big hit! So, this year everyone of our golfers will get one of these fantastic tees in their golf goody bag. Thank you for making this product.

There was an error in my order
There was an error in the order I placed. I did not receive what I ordered. I notified Flightpath Golf that I was sent the incorrect order. Flightpath corrected the incorrect order swiftly and I was sent the correct items I ordered with no additional cost. Flightpath was very professional and easy to work with.

My pacakage was not delivered and no response to emails or Voice mails
My package was not delivered. DHL shows it was, but must have been to wrong address. I have sent 3 emails and left 2 Voice mails and no response from anyone. A shipping error I understand, but no excuses for not answering emails of customer service phone lines.

Product is a fraud
Product is a fraud. The market wore off the 2nd hole that I used it on my golf ball, just a like a sharpie. Not worth the money.

Much improved drives
I live in New Zealand and my order arrived very quickly. Used the flightpath tee for the first time yesterday and every single drive for 18 holes went straight and with good loft 😊 So pleased with these...definitely made a difference to my game and given me more confidence with my driver. Would recommend 👌

Very slow to get recieve the tees…
Very slow to get recieve the tees firstly. Then they claim to be unbreakable but actual snap very easy.
Logic behind them is sound but far too overpriced for the product you get as they are a glorified gimmick. Pity as it sounded good

Hey Aidan! I wanted to reach out and see how we can assist you, as when the tees are properly used, they do last over 100 rounds.
Where are you located? All of our tees are made and shipped from the USA, so if you are international then there is a chance customs took longer than it should have.
My second question is: how far are you sticking the tee into the ground? The tee itself is only supposed to go into the ground about a half an inch, any more than that, and the energy has nowhere to go but down, therefore snapping the tee. If you purchased the 3.25 size and this is happening to you, we recommend the 2.75" tee instead.
