This seems a shady website. They are intentionally showing the cheapest prices for the flights, which are actually not at all available. They are just collecting the users s sensitive information and later on sell it to the gray market. In reality, the prices they are showing do not exist at all, not even with the direct airlines. There is another website, flightfarehub.com which do the same.

Flights Hall is using Bait and Switch tackets. I reserved 2 round trip tckets from Washington DC to Wilmington NC
The price for 2was 540.00 .
No later than an hour later, I was called and told that the seat I purchased was sold out.
Then, a half hour later, the Flights Hall site showed the exact same flight.
Initially during this call, they said the price had gone up.
So, why are they still posting this?
Shame on Flights Hall and Trust Pilot.
Protect yourself and don’t use this site!

Booked a flight online. Within 2 hrs they called and said it was full and could get us on a flight with same travel times. They gave us a price that was $60 more and I asked if the total price was for both tickets and she stated YES. When the confirmation email arrived it was 2x what she had said and then wanted to argue about what both of us had heard. Never use this site.

You will be tempted by the cheap price, but when it will be nothing but a headache and leave you stranded by the end.

For my first flight out I had to call 3 separate times and talk with 3 separate people. Each of them telling me something different just trying to get my flight tickets sent to me the day before my flight. After I finally get my tickets and go to the airport and fly it worked. My return flight though was not so lucky. I ran into the same issue of needing to call 3 different people to get my tickets sent to me so I could go on my return flight. Then while at the airport my gate changed and was never notified by flights hall. Thankfully was able to make it to the new gate but once I start try and board the plane and they scan my ticket they say there is a problem. They say I was never checked in, I didn't pay for carryon bags to which I had to show on the ticket it clearly states that did purchase these things. The gate attendant then is able to find out that my tickets were flagged for FRAUD. I am then told to go to the ticketing counter to see what can be done. After navigating the Vegas airport I finally get to the ticketing counter where the agent tells me that in their system flights hall used a different card number than the one I used to purchase the tickets so I couldn't even deal with a refund or transferring the funds to a new flight. In the end I had to pay for a separate one way flight to get back home which cost me more money than what I was supposed to save using this scam of a service.

Avoid this like the plague and just use any reputable online storefront for purchasing your flight tickets. It will save you money and your sanity.

I went online and got a price from Flights Hall for a flight. It was better than anywhere else so I tried booking it, but it didn't confirm the purchase price so I called the number on the screen. They told me that price was no longer available but they could get me one for almost twice as much. I refreshed the screen on the prices and the same one showed up so I tried booking it again and got the same result. I called back and got the same woman as before. She insisted it was not a "bait and switch" scam. While I was on the phone, I refreshed the screen again and tried booking another flight and got the same result. I talked to a manager who again told me the prices needed to be updated but couldn't give me a time when they would be updated. He said to check in "24 hours." Pure scam if you ask me.

Just don't do it. They tried to upcharge me $1400 on top of what I already paid. I wouldn't trust them with my flight or money.

Do NOT TRUST Flights Hall. This is the most shady dealing I have EVER had with a “professional” company. Do NOT use them to book your flight!!!

If I could give this travel service, a zero star, I would.

Long story short, we have had a bucket list dream of visiting the gorge in Washington state for the Dave Matthews concert over Labor Day weekend. It is always been too expensive for us to fly across the country for a weekend, so we’ve never gotten to do it.

This year, I “bookmarked” a couple of flights to notify us if/when the prices drop.

Amazingly, the prices dropped!!! I have never been more excited! So We booked a flight with Flights Hall on Tuesday, August 12th. After confirming our booking via email, we then proceeded to spend over $2400 in concert tickets, rental car, and a place to stay in Washington.

The next day, on August 13, Flights Hall sent us an email stating that based on “high demand,” that they could no longer “honor our price” and more than doubled the cost of our ticket. This is 24 hours AFTER confirming our purchase at the cheaper price. They state that it’s legal because our card has not been charged yet. 😱🤯

Let me be clear… this is not because the flight overbooked… it’s just because they realized they could make more money. 😡

Now we can no longer afford to fly out to Washington and have wasted $2400 on concert tickets and a place to stay, but have no way to get there!!!

I could have had these tickets for cheaper from another flight site, but chose to trust Flights Hall with our dream trip.

NEVER AGAIN! Zero stars. Do not trust them.

I booked 6 tickets online and a few hours later they called me that it's not available....

Don't use this website unless you love aggravation...

Isaac made this experience GREAT! It was the first time we have booked with Flights Hall and we are so pleased with the way Isaac handled our flight arrangements. He was also able to get our sister on the same flight. GREAT JOB Isaac!

Flights Hall came up as an alternative to Kayak when I did a search for flights. Since I wasn’t finding any affordable/convenient flights on Kayak I gave them a call. I was pleasantly surprised. Isaac was very helpful and got me excellent flights to Boston.

This was my 1st time using flightshall.com and I MUST say I am truly please with service. I purchased my airline ticket on the app & received a email saying my flight was pending. So I waited for about an hour then I called spoke with James and it was such a pleasure. He advised me that he would get my flight booked and emailed it to me in a few hours. Just as he said he called me back to advised my tickets was in my email. One from Southwest and one from Flightshall support, I checked my email and there they were. It was very easy and painless. James was very professional and friendly. Thanks James for making this girls trip a reality.
