Always reply fast at your email, very helpful and always looking for solutions!

J’ai passé commande sur FlightSimZone le 9 août (dernier article en stock).
Après plusieurs jours sans nouvelles et un statut de commande toujours indiqué comme non traité, j’étais très inquiète et j’ai eu du mal à obtenir une réponse du service client.

Finalement, j’ai reçu un retour le 10 août m’expliquant que l’équipe était en congé, et ma commande a bien été expédiée par la suite. Je viens de recevoir le colis, complet et conforme à mes attentes.

L’expérience a donc été positive au final, mais je regrette le manque de communication initial, qui m’a beaucoup stressée.
Si le suivi avait été communiqué plus rapidement, je n’aurais pas eu cette inquiétude.

I placed an order on FlightSimZone on August 9th (the last item in stock).
After several days without any update and with my order status still showing as not processed, I was very worried and had difficulty getting a response from customer service.

Eventually, I received a reply on August 10th explaining that the team had been on holiday, and my order was shipped afterwards. I have now received the package, complete and as expected.

Overall, the experience turned out positive in the end, but I regret the initial lack of communication, which caused me a lot of stress.
If the tracking information had been provided sooner, I wouldn’t have been so concerned.

Fast delivery and just overall very smooth

I had an order issue that meant (Due to Brexit in the UK) I would have to pay an import fee to get my item. I didn't want to pay this so I emailed the company, who had already kindly been keeping me up to date about when the item would be in stock, and asked them if I could return it. They showed no frustration and were super helpful throughout the whole process. They are issuing a full refund for the product and there service alone should be a reason to use this company. But they also offer really great prices. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy any sort of simulator products as they are certainly the best I've seen.
